Think i'm getting good at applying decals in Botlab. Gonna go for 3 entries in BB6, Ingot the Lightweight, Bilet 3 the Middleweight and Slab a heavy.

Reason I went with Ingot for the name as it relates to Billet, a form of Metal Manufacture.
And a Drum becuase it relates to Billet again, seems like a natural progression of sorts.

Yay. BB6.
Didn't some of the previous IRL Tourney have some form of BFE, even if just a little bit? I know one did that I enetered with Billet 3 with had BFE to IRL Spec/look.
Yeah, I gave BFE the thumbs up, I'll add it to the OP.
Awesome. Billet 3 will be making a return then if the tourney gets accepted.

Will be making a bot now.
EDIT: Actually, will be sending a slightly older bot which I wanted to enter in an Tourney.

Here's a quick photo of a Billet BW. Nothing special about it really, just a scaled down version of Billet 2

I would have used the rules from a previous IRL tournament that allows things like Judge Bursts and MOE Motors, Battlebots of Blades of Fury seemed the best to me.

Count me in for an IRL Tournament.

Good fights pressure, though I honestly think that juge burst was slightly too powerful for the bot. You should have had me both times my perm came off.
I'm suprised my Axe managed to take the perm off really, it's more powerful than I expected.
Also, my bot should have been able to fire its Axe when it was on its rear. But oh well, bring on the losers round.

I don't like my chances in the first round.

Looks like something that came from one of the first series of Robot Wars... I like it :)
Good idea with the Skirt Hinge, a true forward firing flipper motor is needed badly in RA2.

Sent a bot for the IRL Division.

Judge burst for the Axe and Slimbody drive.Make it quick and powerful.
The wedge is useful for not making the bot flip over when it's attacking something.
WRC font FTW! Didn't realise I had it on my PC.

Cool bots.
Unrelated: Are you from Cornwall, UK by any chance Classicus? You last showcase and current signature had/have a St Pirans flag in them.

that really looks awesome
does it really weigh 288.3 or is that a typo
It really does weigh 288.3kg... I don't think weight matters as much with IRL style/tourneys. Look at Billet 3 in BoF2, it waaaayyy underweight and it finished 3rd. Nicely done there. I like that tail especially. Not entirely certain about the exposed motors, but I suppose they work.
The motors are a bit of a compromise really. I tried to get some Astroflights under the motor so the wheels would be shielded, but the way the motor is positioned made it impossible.

Possibly my next IRL type tourney entry.

One of the reasons this is probally my favourite showcases. You have a way with making bots that look loike they might actually really work IRL, how I imagine some of mine in my head but can never build.
