I'm pretty sure this deserves to be here.

TFW an audience member with a camera phone shoots it better than the TV crew.

Here's Wrecks - it works more or less like the real thing.  It has two drive wheels for forward, but it doesn't have any turning apart from the "legs" that are attached to a car-steering motor to tilt the body from side to side.

How I did it, here's a shot of the car-steering motor made visible.

Minotaur decided to be nice and not give the "head" an extra kicking after they broke it off.  But maybe they should've so that Team Warhead would make a brand new one for this season.

But hey, at least they didn't waste it on Chomp.

Out of curiosity, when will signups close if they don’t fill?

Cool thanks for answering my questions; I've been out of the competitive scene for quite some time.  I will stay within the guidelines and not deliberately break them. I can promise you that Tombstone-esque will not win, because I've put in a number of aesthetic features that hurt it - the aforementioned bar is wildly off center for instance.

Ok so to clarify I CAN make a spinner that goes through some components?  I want to do a Tombstone esque but even the longest belt drive motor doesn’t set it out far enough.  I’m making an honest effort to make it pass through as little as possible.

Aren't all DSL tournaments IRL?  If no are there any realism guidelines in the regular HWs?

Can you handle OmniMultiZone bots - ie multiple smartzone-sensitive weapons?

Use "Omni" it's got all the same features but allows for Srimechs

Practically my first attempt at making a replica, doesn't look great but hey you gotta atleast start somewhere
Nice! Looks good to me.

Here's a WIP shot of my paintjob for a stock replica of Razorback.

(Yes, I use MSPaint, don't judge me. It works just fine.)

I used Paint for several years, so no judgement here.  I will say though, that once I got the hang of Paint.net, I never looked back.
