All round 1 winner's bracket videos are recorded ! There are quite a few matches that I didn't see coming.
Now I have to edit them into something watchable. I believe I will be able to get them done in three days.
Also : we will have a statistics spreadsheet for every bot and team, that will update after every round.

sorry that my bot has dsa but unlike u nerds i have loads of hot friends i hang out with so i didn't have time to remember to select armour
your bot turns so slow, it might as well be the titanic trying to avoid icebergs

i mean those multis are not especially exposed so it's not really horrible (Looks at that VS in my tournament)
the bot looks pretty good for a multibot, really.

While I will not be as... prone to flaming... as some others who posted here, I will agree that a flamethrowing only tournament will be fairly boring to watch once the "cool ! flamers !" part gets old, and that it'll all be WBP 3 minute fights.
Basically, what Avalanche said.

tank tread brothers are gonna sweep this whole damn thing
Considering the testing I have done... they seem to be doing pretty well against their first fight. No, I'm fully serious. T I T A N is now my favorite bot.

Teammates is now ready to begin ! Classic elimination tournament bracket with BO3 fights, and round robin for the finals. Loser's bracket works like winner's bracket. -Each robot in a team gets one free havok restart per fight. Beyond that, havoks will mean your team loses this match. All havoks that do NOT obviously change the outcome of a match will be kept. I reserve the right to disqualify a robot that causes too much havok explosions - this will also disqualify the teammate, so be careful of how much your robot breaks physics ! If a match-changing havok cannot be attributed to a certain bot, then I will just restart the match. -Controlled movement rule : A bot that consistently shows a lack of controlled movement by itself and lack of tracking the opponent under normal circumstances will be also disqualified. Of course, this does not prevent VS's or HS's from bouncing around the arena when hit or flipped or such, or a bot from not competing after losing a wheel. It simply is a rule against abusing mauler dances. Note : All byebots will automatically lose the first round, regardless of the result of the fight. They CAN advance in the loser's bracket. If a byebot team wins the loser's bracket round robin, they cannot go forward any more to attempt to win the tournament, and the team that had second place in that round robin will instead go in their place. Working on the splash. And signups should be closed by now as well. However, since we are down by 3 teams by now and I don't want 3 byebot teams, I will leave you another day to enter.

looks underpowered.
It's an LW with a very light flipper panel? It's not like the actual Emergency launches bots into the ceiling either.
Unless you're referring to the batts I really don't get this comment
yes, i am

might be better with shorter wedges cus it looks a little thin/flankable
considering 50% of bots are super wide for the arena and they constantly strike and get thrown off center the central blade's walls... i get what you're going for with the wheelguard skirts but i'm wondering if there is a better way to use the weight. you don't even need an angled chassis with this design really? you could probably get some more weapons or widen the wedges with the weight you save if you build the chassis like this \_/ instead of |_|
i tested removing the side armor and increasing armor. sadly, DSL 2.1's armor weights have a very awkward progression and it hops 20kg or so. as I build it i was thinking of making the frontal wedge more wide, yeah. like a standard square chassis but with a wedge going more wide as it goes toward the ground. might do that. experimental foolishevil ripoff. 3mm tit, npc fasts ofc. i wondered why is this an hybrid when i could make it more easily a wedged poker but... why not ?
