Yes, it is possible. You just have to add the the object data (which will require you to up the count unless you remove other objects) and link it to the rest of the component. If you post what you have, we can show you why it isn't working.

I changed it to MW after seeing that the last 4 contests were HW. That said, the cheatbot2 components are pretty heavy so we'll have to see how things go...

Let's do something a little different this month... Here's how this works. Every participant creates a bot that follows the given bot restrictions for that month. They then create a simple splash for their bot and uploaded it to GTM's BOTM Uploader before the deadline expires. After the deadline expires, a poll will be created for the community to vote on their favorite entry. At the end of the month, the splash with the most votes will be put on GTM's homepage for a month. Bot Restrictions- Stock 1.4
- Unrealistic (or whatever form of realism that you choose to adhere to)
- MW (up to 400kg)
- Bots must have at least one "cheatbot2" component
- All "cheatbot2" and AI components allowed
- No custom components
- No BFE, AAM, HAX mode, Zero glitch, etc.
Splash Rules- Entries must be uploaded using the BOTM Uploader.
- One bot per splash
- One splash per member
- Please do not put anything in that identifies you as the creator. Credit will be given after the poll to reduce bias and give people a chance to guess who made what.
- There must be at least one image of the insides in the splash.
- The weight must be given in the splash.
- Images must be either JPG, PNG, or GIF.
- Images must be no wider than 700px and no taller than 800px.
- Entries must be in by March 27, 2016 at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time (GMT - 6:00) so that we can spend the rest of the month voting.
Please upload your entries using the BOTM Uploader. Questions/comments?

Now that we are done, I have some questions that anyone can answer (the more the merrier). - Did you have fun watching/participating?
- Would you participate if we had another wiki contest?
- If we had another, are there any rules that should be changed?
- If we had another, is there anything that I should be doing differently?

It was a close vote but since we didn't reach the prerequisite number of votes (3), round 6 will be kept and Mr. AS will receive the win. Now that we are done with all of the rounds, its time to award the bonus points. We very nearly had a 4-way tie between all contestants for getting the bonus points but round 6 allowed Mr. AS to pull away. The additional 2 points turned out to be a huge factor in this contest thanks in part to how close this game was. With that, here are the final scores: Participant | Points | Naryar | 2 | Mr. AS | 3 | Geice | 2 | Silverfish | 0 |
W stands for "Winner of round" B stands for "Eligible for bonus points after round"
Naryar -> 2 points (Wins) 2 = W1 + W3 (Bonus) 0 = W1 + W3 Mr. AS -> 3 points (Wins) 1 = W6 (Bonus) 2 = B1 + B3 + W6 Geice -> 2 points (Wins) 2 = W4 + W5 (Bonus) 0 = W4 + W5 Silverfish -> 0 points (Wins) 0 (Bonus) 0 = B3
Congratulations, Mr. AS for winning the Wiki Trivia Contest. Thank you to everyone that participated. I hope you enjoyed playing.

Unless we decide to throw out the round, you will get the point. I was a little on the fence about this but it was clearly my fault for not having my facts straight and it isn't as if you found a loop hole that you took advantage of.

Unfortunately, we might have to throw out round 6's question. I was thinking of the AU Challenge Arena when I came up with the question. A while back, I moved the Soccer Arena to the King of the Hill section and, consequently, it completely slipped my mind. If you read the question carefully, I kind of hinted that they couldn't make contact with each other but I can see the confusion. In accordance with my original rules, we need 3 votes in favor of a new question if we want to redo round 6 (this excludes my vote). To limit bias, edits and questions may be thrown out or penalized if at least three unique members request it (for reasons that I consider to be fair). If a question is thrown out, a new question will be posted at the end of the week for the given round (in other words, there will always be exactly 6 rounds with at least 1 valid question).
I'll leave this open for another week and perform the appropriate action on February 27, 2016, at 12 PM CST (it should be posted now). If we throw out the question, it will be a new question for round 6. If we don't throw out the question, I will post the winner(s) of the bonus and the final scores.

It looks like Geice won round 5 and, as such, we're looking at a very close race between all contestants.
Round 6: Q. Out of all of the publicly available arenas available at this time, what arena other than the King of the Hill arenas awards a positive amount of points to players without them making contact with each other?
The answer to round 6, winner(s) of the bonus round, and final scores will be posted on February 20, 2016, at 12 PM (it should be posted now).
Does that count non stock arenas? Cause if so I know the answer.
Also I just remembered the Event Result "Arena"
Since I didn't explicitly say stock, it could be any arena that the general public has access to.

welp, time to dive into the arena folder. i bet it's hidden.
(unless the buttons on the electric arena count? though they aren't really pushed)
he said pushed around.
It's too late. Someone already edited the page, and frankly, I can't think of an update to it that would be 100 bytes. :P
If you think that Geice got it, you could probably add a gallery of different screenshots, mention the flags, list the trophies for each event, and/or mention the DSL version.

Is this still from you trying to transfer bots from one mod to another?

Is it an arena which has been made by Gabriel Interactive and not by modding ?
Yup. That should be easy for the people doing this
stock arena
well nevermind. (unless the buttons on the electric arena count? though they aren't really pushed)
Any arena found in stock has some version of it in DSL and other mods (some arenas got tweaked but kept the same name).

Round 4 goes to Geice. To be honest, I'm pretty surprised that you got this one since I believe this took place before your time. Did you see the answer posted on Madiaba's page? The original contest was hosted on the official forums before they got shutdown. Let's try one that all of you should be able to guess if you think hard enough about it. Round 5: Q. Other than the Parking Lot and the Practice Arena, what stock arena has objects that can get pushed around? Round 6 will take place on February 13, 2016, at 12 AM Central Time (it should be posted now).

Its been awhile since we did an Ironforge BOTM so let's do one for March. Bot Restrictions- Ironforge 1.1
- Standard (or IRL if you want to go with something a tad more strict)
- HW (up to 400kg)
- No AI components
- No cheatbot2 or custom components
- No BFE, AAM, HAX mode, Zero glitch, etc.
Splash Rules- Entries must be uploaded using the BOTM Uploader.
- One bot per splash
- One splash per member
- Please do not put anything in that identifies you as the creator. Credit will be given after the poll to reduce bias and give people a chance to guess who made what.
- There must be at least one image of the insides in the splash.
- The weight must be given in the splash.
- Images must be either JPG, PNG, or GIF.
- Images must be no wider than 700px and no taller than 800px.
- Entries must be in by February 27, 2016 at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time (GMT - 6:00) so that we can spend the rest of the month voting.
Please upload your entries using the BOTM Uploader. Questions/comments?

Nobody has a commanding lead yet but we're getting to the point of no return. Now is the time to start making guesses on questions that you may or may not know just to stay in the running... Also, remember that question about Firebeetle's DIY mod? Here's an easy, do-it-yourself mod that lets you add as much of anything you want into the practice arena. Find "Robot Arena 2/Scripts/Practice.py" and copy-paste it into your Arenas folder. Right-click on it, go to properties, and turn off "Read only". Next, open it in notepad and find this line...
def setObstacle(self, name): self.RemoveXtra("Obstacle")? if name == "none cb":? self.window = None and so on....
Then put a # in front of it so it says...
def setObstacle(self, name): #self.RemoveXtra("Obstacle")? if name == "none cb":? self.window = None and so on....
And that's it. Have fun! Note- in DSL, Practice.py will already be in your arenas folder. Copying it from the Scripts folder would un-DSL your garage. Is this how you got all those tires in the combat arena? Pretty much. I told the arena to spawn a tire in the middle every second.
