Figured I'd post this here along with a bit more I forgot to say in the OW server.
- Yes I've stepped down NOT because of the Rhys/PWS situation but that was the final nail in the coffin as it were. So please don't call it an overreaction to one thing when it was the sum of multiple issues/causes.
- Despite my short tenure, I'm glad to hear some people thought I did well in the position: I don't feel I accomplished much and a lot fell apart at the end but I did what I could. I've asked Geese that if GTM needs me as a tournament advisor or whatever then I am here to help in that regard. I just don't feel I should "lead" anymore.
- Do I agree that the community needs to be a bit nicer to itself and sorting out the issues? Indeed, I'm not sure if it will happen but we'll see. That's out of my hands. At the same time, I'm not saying this community is the worst either. You've all decent people but sometimes the jokes/whacking go too far.
- Do I ALSO feel that outside communities/people still have a bias against RA2 that won't go away even if THEY support absolute jerkoffs or aren't the best people themselves? Absolutely.
At the end of the day I feel I failed myself but I also feel that people on both sides failed me too. The last few weeks have been a massive drain on me mentally which is also a big reason I'm stepping down. I stand by my thought that I don't think there is a legitimate bad person in this community, we have edgy humour or sometimes jokes go too far or people get annoyed over the silliest things (yes me too, hello there) but I'm very thankful to call RA2/GTM etc a family.
If you need tournament advice or whatever, my DMs are always open (I'm always on Discord) but will check GTM when I can. 
Thanks for supporting me during my tenure as admin  Viva la OW...or something.

Hey, guys, I just wanted to apoligize about my behavior in the past few months.
I wasn’t intending to act like a know-it-all, but I realized that my actions really did show it- I was getting hostile every time I was proven wrong, and this led into many riots that broke out in topics.
I also realized that I was questioning the authority of members who knew a lot more about ra2 than I do. I said that I respected them, but now that I realized how much of a big jerk I was, and not giving them the respect they deserved, I want to fix that.
Another thing I wanted to apologize for is my crappy advice.
I handled being corrected too critically, and I need to realize that the members with more experience in ra2 should be the ones giving advice, not me.
I thought I was being a good member, but after all the bad things I appeared to have caused, I want to stop, and become a better member.
I need to start giving you guys more respect instead of treating you like crap, and underestimating you.
With all this, I sincerely apologize, and hope I can finally start actually doing good in the forums, and help make GTM great again.

Ok so, I've been wanting to do this for a while now.
I just wanna thank and compliment some of the people I've met here on GTM because Im just in the mood to say some nice things to people.
( couldn't find a better place to put it than here )
Hop: An absolute lad. Always a fun guy to talk to and hes helped me a lot when it comes to improving some of my RA2 builds. His bots are legit some of the cleanest looking IRL bots out there. The **** you say to me you little sh** Robo: Probably one of the best users here, the way he builds has inspired me to become more creative with my bot building. Genuinely a cool guy and I dont even know if he remembers but we talked about our music tastes a while back and it was so cool to have someone to talk to and share my interests with. Mazakari: His building style always just looks so nice. He dosnt make the cleanest bots nor the most complex but they just have so much charm and passion put into them and I respect him immensely. His building style kinda remind me of classic battlebots which is a really nice aesthetic. Orc: Much like Maz he dosnt make the most complex bots but his builds are so creative and fun that it makes him distinct from everyone else. His passion and commitment to RA2 with Orc Wars and his builds is really inspiring and im glad I met him. He is also a fellow artist and he makes some really neat designs that I just love. Billy: Again I actually love the passion he puts into the game and the fact that he can give a bunch of OW facts is actually crazy. Just an absolute lad. Redalert: As much as people meme on him I actually kinda admire his passion for the game even if it goes to far. He says and does some really stupid things but I can at least respect him for trying to make bots for each meta. Kix: The first member from GTM I met. Another absolute lad and I think when he does actually puts effort into bots he can make some clean stuff. Bild: I actually got Bild into the game and helped him on Amino when he was first starting out and seeing how much hes improved is just awesome to see. Plerco: Mr Funny man himself. I think me and him joined ruffly around the same time and hes mad some pretty cool and creative bots. Mr.BK: One of the few GTM members I've actually met IRL. Cool guy to talk to generally. Geese: Hes cool. Just did this so he dosnt ban meIf your not on this list of people I've either forgotten about you or I hate you. I dunno what the point of this was I just felt like giving love today since I wanna spread some nice vibes. You forgot about me? Do you hate me?

I'm tired of members saying "I'm leaving." This is really annoying, and it just makes GTM look bad. If you're actually leaving forever, put that. Otherwise, please stop posting "I'm leaving" statements. This is Drama, you know, and it's a bad impact on your profile.
