General Support / Having an issue with windows 10

Whenever i try to start my RA2 (i'm using DSL 2.2) it will instantly crash or it will load but sounds are delayed and loading times are insanely long, almost 5 minutes to load an event starting page, it was never like this on windows 7 does anyone know why this is happening?
