(DSL-S > AW's, so Antweight Assault is cancelled. I'll get geese to move that thread to archives.) Ok boomers let's goooooooooooooo. Two divisions: DSL-S LW and Stock LW Starting with 8 entries per division. Double elimination. AI is mandatory. I'll be entering both divisions. More specifics down below. RulesetsStockArena: Combat Unrealistic ruleset AAM, BFE, HAX, CF, cheatbot2, etc. are banned. SNS is allowed, but clusters are not. Bots must be capable of controlled movement (no trinity bots). DSL-SDSL 2.1 Arena: BBEANS 2 Naryar's ruleset, found here: https://gametechmods.com/forums/discussion/dsl-standard-ruleset-discussion/AAM, BFE, HAX, CF, cheatbot2, etc. are banned. SNS are allowed. Cringey cancelled AOTA 3 but I still wanted it to happen, so I'm hosting it now. Cringey wanted to keep the AOTA thing in case he wanted to get back to it. TL;DR I'm hosting AOTA 3 now. Rules: 16 bots, double elimination DSL 2.4 AW (limit 125) Skinned RW2016 Arena 1 minute fights Custom components are banned. Flats for any use are allowed, only other custom component allowed is overkill motor. Walker or Shuffler = Max 175 (though I think no one besides TDG will do this) Component freedom, BFE, OBJ, etc are all okay. SNSs and robots with active armor are banned. If a bot constantly forces me to restart due to havoking it will be DQ'd. (signup stuff no one cares about) NOTE: THIS WILL BE POSTPONED UNTIL AFTER ANTWEIGHT ASSAULT.ahemA new face on the tournament scene emerges...Basic Rules: IRL 16 players Double Elimination Rw2016 Arena How it works: Each player sends in three bots, one MW, one CW, and one HW. For each match, it will be MW vs MW, CW vs CW, or HW vs HW. However, whichever one of those three it is is random. Building Rules: AI is required for two reasons:
1. I can spend more time making other parts of the tournament better if I don’t have to AI 48 bots.
2. The people on the RA2 discord have said that this will become more widespread in the future, which gives me more confidence to do this.
Spinner Weapon limits:
- 2 large teeth (15-24kgs) ex: large typhoon, ripping teeth, large nightmare, etc)
- 4 small teeth (7-14kgs) ex: small typhoons, cutting teeth, heavy DSL teeth, etc
- 6 beaters of any size
- 1 full size rep disk (mechavore/minion), 2 max for others
- Maximum allowed weapon weight of 100kgs for non-cosmetic damaging weapons allowed on a bot (including dsl bars). This does NOT include your weapon setup (disks, extenders, etc)
- 2500 max dp allowed
- Use basic common sense if mixing weapons (ex: 4 small typhoons and 2 larges is not allowed)

- Just don’t go tryhard mode and do like 3 gothic axes or something.

- Front/Rear hinge:
1 Beta Burst/Motor, 2 VDMA R/P Bursts/VDMA Front Hinged/Storm Burst
- Top Hinge:
Max of 1 long pneumatic, or 2 short pneumatics

cheatbot2:
- Flatmotors allowed on drums and overhead saws. VS/wedged gutrippers that use drums do not count. ex: (DiD, Maxtox count as drums, things like Phantom and Duper Scooper count as VS). Not allowed as drive motors, max of two flat motors per bot.
- Note that flats are only allowed for the weapon setup, not drive or anything else.
- Overkill motors allowed
- Certain other custom components like colored wheels and Frenzy Hammers are allowed. This will be more of a case-by-case basis.

- Damaging weapons on wedgeless rammers/wammers are allowed with a maximum of 6 spikes of any kind. They are still banned for wedged rammers.
- All DSL 2.2 IRL edition armors allowed
- Skirts only allowed on dustpans with proper support
- Ant Blades are banned for all bot types.
- Configbots and multibots are banned.
Judging: Judges are me, Nicky, and Probably Rob. Each judge distributes 7 points between the two bots for each of 3 categories: Damage, Aggression, and Control. (21 points per category, 63 total) Restart Rules: If the havok happens between 3:00 and 2:01, restart at 3:00. 2:00-1:01, restart at 2:00 1:00-0:00, JD 3 havoks by the same bot = Auto lose fight.
