By far the longest I've gone w/o showcasing a new build since I joined the community, but I'm back w/ what is my first build completed w/o BFE in over 4yrs. The robot's called Compact Destruction, its a MW undercutter supposed to be themed around a cd (I think I should prolly go and redo the disc skin at some point to make it look more like a cd rather than basically indistinguishable from the IRL white colour). Shapewise its pretty simple compared to other things I've done but maybe its best to have a simple start then go onto more complex shapes as I get more used to non-BFE building, but I've got everything lined up cleanly which is nice.

ep 11 will round off the group stages w/ HW groups M-P, Shock Factor's title defence kicks off, challengers include 4th, 6th and 8th seeds Claymore, Anthracite and Uranium, w/ the unseeded competitors including Mega Metallicus

MW groups are done, and next week ep 10 will feature the last four CW groups, groups M-P, featuring 4th and 5th seeds Mark and Lil Lizard, SS1 runner-up Apogee, Black Lotus now as a CW rather than a HW and the return of Blunt Death

its been awhile since we've seen the MWs in action, but we're finally getting back to them for the final four groups, E-H, in ep 9, where 2nd and 3rd seeds Emerations and Slyvern will hope to climb from their podium finishes last time to take the title this time, and the likes of Mwerp, Infiltrator, Picky, Chu2, Bullbot and F-18 return from last season unseeded

next week we have HW groups I-L, where 5th and 7th seeds Ixol and Wildcat will hope to build on their runs to the quarter-finals last season, while Red box will want to claim a seeding it missed out on by one round last time, aswell as the return of Sea Level and Hypoxia coming from the rubble of Intoxifications

next tuesday, ep 7 will feature CW groups I-L, where we have 2nd seed Burn Factor hoping to go one further than last time and claim the championship, 6th seed Twopaz hoping to rely less on luck to make it far this time, and three wealthily experience SS competitors in Hydrofluorications, Grey Box and Yoshi
