It would be illegal.. due to custom made twm drive.. one that is in kronic.. the weight though.. can be tuned down.. just to put crappier armor (10 steel)
It is not illegal as far as i know no country or overstate organization has a law about using custom made robot arena 2 bots in a tournament. However it might be against the tournaments rules. Ot:i don't really do anything productive these days...
