I was going to enter a bot into Terror Twisters for the of it. Not a new, striking design, not something that'd destroy all without actually making proper contact with the other bot, no. Something for a laugh. Competence is a bonus. It is (well, kindof) on both counts. One problem - TT isn't a MW tourney. Oh well. The name came from my concept Stock's Revenge tourney bot. Took the EMERGENCY chassis, made it better, and wanted to think of a name different but similar to EMERGENCY. Along came DETERGENCY. It made sense as there are Detergents, that's where the sort-of cleaning theme comes in. One google search later I found it was actually a real word. Go me. So I made a MW version. Which is this.

Dang, forgot about Lego Stunt Rally! Got it for the GBC. I think there's another platform, anyway.
LR1: Good. That dark castle's music was awesome. LR2: Was OK. Damage was a well-recieved feature for me. Think I trashed RR's car to win. Drome Racers: Technically counts. Doesn't have the create a car... well, it does, it's just you have to "build" a car from 18 presets, 15 not including your starter cars. 6 for each category (Drag, offroad, road) Stunt Rally: Frustrating when I was young.. then I picked it back up a year ago and learned how to brake. Drome Racing Challenge: The MMO-like Flash racer currently in beta from overhaul. (I haven't seen it) Used to be fun, had a setup that guarenteed 2000 prize credits on certain drivers on a certain track.

Well.. I could join, it's just that I don't know which car to have.

That wall surfing (around the end) was awesome. A memorable moment, me thinks.
Good match. Here we see the weakness on one bot in action-

Haha, the 2nd version is pretty much Big Box. :D

I've got the CD and packing.. that box is excellent. It's maybe without a that goes inside though. Ya'know, to keep things in place. Don't have RA1's original packaging though. I end up putting it into a single paper CD "case" with RA2 and my Nintendo USB adapter setup disk.

Hmm, that's very very short. I'd imagine it being easy to tip over backwards, even just from driving. Go for Plastic 5 as it's far better value, and perhaps use the weight for a wheelie bar? Generally The closer to the ground and further back it goes, the more stable it will be as it tries to tilt in that direction.
That weapon could be improved - The motors are exposed dramatically. You could increase the chassis space (just enough) to fit the motors in - if a part is attached to the baseplate (and not another component) it is invincible. Granted, motors still take damage and smoke, but they won't come off like weapons, and leave you without any.
Just my thoughts.

STOCK
RedlineM203 1 Who had standards low enough to vote my stock bots? DSL is where it's at for me (Though surprisingly I didn't get anything there)

Also, what SSG said.

Sounds a bit self-indulgent. Then again, what single custom component pack wouldn't be?

A UHW BOTM seemed quite a popular idea, but I dunno how many entries would appear XD
I've got a scorcher. UHW DSL BOTM - Standard DSL building rules apply, no glitches or unrealistic overlaps!

That's lazy, but I see you used the phone for the topic icon... so if you did use a phone it's understandable. But still a little lazy. Splash(The above was intended to be the first reply, but I was beat to it. And things were explained.) Best Built: Triceratops. Starcore's creations usually have so little usable empty you couldn't fit a pea in there. While the weapon setup isn't optimal, the chassis sure as looks like it, and that's more important. With some tweaks, perhaps even a WBWAPS spike row, it'd kick far more ass. Atleast I think so. Most Unlucky: Sheer Death. One more second and it would of won the whole damn thing.

That's interesting. What do you have planned for it, or is it just a personal project? This may or may not have something to do with RA3.
... Or I could of just looked at that.

Hmmm, this showcase gets so little comments.. , I don't think things have strayed off-topic. Am I thought of as some no-nonsense badass or something? Anyway.. ta, you guys. Yeah, I wasn't paying attention to the ampage, though admittedly I don't know where else the weight could go minus (less efficient) armor. Here the teeth snagging seems to be OK - it wouldn't make much of a juggler anyway admittedly, with a direct vertical setup. Perhaps a more suitable "bot type" for it is a Undercutter VS. It can rip off pretty much any armor within seconds when it gets hung up - Perhaps not the best example, but I de-weaponed Backyard Shredder, destroyed the front steel wedge sheets, the connecters behind those, and KOed it, all in about 4 seconds. Bots can still get over them too, which then they are thrown back infront of RT by the srimech bars, probably flipped too, meaning a even worse position most of the time.

I wish I had this bot for the DSL HW BOTM that just passed. It grinds, it throws, it flips. Very high repetitive damage coupled with the ability to toss heavy objects (and the car) like toys. The srimech could be more effective, but it does get the job done.
