There's an easier way to do it that doesn't involve decompiling.
1) open the GMF in notepad ++
2)find the BMP map or whatever
3) replace it with a different BMP but they must have the same amount of characters (for example tornadowheel.bmp must be replaced with something with 12 characters and a .bmp file extension)
4) save file
5) create new TXT
6) ????
7) PROFIT!

DP  QuickerSilver. 248.6, Plastic 3. NPC Normal but it's on a skirt hinge so it doesn't really matter. Didn't havok with vlads in the test arena, and no AGOD finally :D Untested in combat however
