The collision mesh is a box. It seems as if it would intersect the frame.
Its actually a slightly stretched hexagon, like the motor itself. But anyway, the bot looks brilliant, I see no faults. I don't like static HPZs because they don't really spin fast enough, but I suppose you could say the same about RADs. Nice all the same.

Rebuilding the chassis would help majorly, even though it does look quite cool. If it were a little longer, say, you could fit the anchors in front of the ddts, and get another pair of HPZs. Also, rule of thumb, pinks should only be used on ants and beetles. Your bot only needs 2 blacks max anyway. Try not to use angle connectors either, just use the side APs of extenders.
Good improvements though.

Re-read these: Read this.
And this.
That's a good try, though, as it is technically a 36hs. rnifnuf said everything that needs to be said.

It is two blacks, and the Chassis weighs 81.4kg with DSA, so no idea where the left over weight is from. https://gametechmods.com/Robot_Exchange/HW/Bubbleman_White%20Blob.botHere's the bot, if anyone wants to play around with it. This uses the same chassis as Tetsui, but is unstable as . To rebuild later. Those are HPZs, and the wheels don't touch the ground (it still moves though). Edit: Should be called Daburu Tetsui, but still >.>

Looks good. Could we get an inside shot without the HPZs in the way please (just the components/extenders)?

If you have the wedge snappers sticking out the sides and move the ddts as well, you could probably fit an anchor there and put some frontal wedge protection on. You should also make the ddts swing from the other side and have a razor rack on them, and make it a popup. Good first bot though. :3
Also, are you aware of the edit button? It's rather useful. Edit: Ninja'd by Craaig... To be expected. :P

Actually, you only need one black. Assuming that there are only four spin motors, they draw a combined total of 40 amps, and you are supplying them 160. Techically, I could get away with a nifty, as they have a perfect 400 electotal... Removing one of them will leave you with thirty extra kilos. Although I'm not quite sure what to do with them, so this is optional.
But yeah, It outlasts. I have no idea what to do to add weight. Also rotate all of the razors with the same orientation, as Wacky Bob (indirectly) said.
I would have done, but time constraints/revision put an end to that. When I get a few hours free, I will.

My first success (meaning non-36hs Heavy) Two blacks, 32 razors, whiteness overload, wedges par with NWB, cheeky little razor under the drum because extra weight. Thoughts?

Sadly, it's the same weight either way. Also, I've now named it Tetsui after the Japanese for Hammer Fist.

I've already posted about it in the download thread that was put up (I think) in response to nerd cubed's video.

Working on adding a supervolt instead of the nifty, pic will come. Advice?

Also, just been looking at some vids, how do you get pistons? Hurricane's flipper is badass
You can get pneumatics by buying one of the current technic models that use it, or if you don't have £70 you can get them from an american site called Bricklink. They are sold separately, so you'll have to buy valves, pistons, a pump, air tanks, pipes etc. They aren't too powerful, mind you. Pressure (you'll find that in one of my latest videos in which it isn't named) is almost the pinnacle of power really, if it used the largest pistons it would be better however it would only flip twice or so then. Its all about balance. Looking at the flipper. you could try having springs or the suspension springs. Have the motor set to force the flipper down then signal it to turn off. This would cause a build up of energy released quicker than the electric motors would allow on there own.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but quick-release mechanisms are large and difficult to miniaturise, and the motor itself would resist the release of the energy from the springs/rubber bands. It isn't possible at this level, but at larger scale it is; search for LegoMasterFreak or Lego Gladiators on YouTube and look at his flippers. Remember also those are 3x the size and almost 4x the weight if I remember correctly.

Well, the four xl motors are 276g (round to 280), the two recievers come to around 50g, and the battery (assuming the worst) is 275g. The wheels look like 70g (I have a pair) and I'd estimate the body to be 175g at most, giving a total of 850g(!). Heavier than I thought. Out of curiosity, if you have kitchen scales, get a rough weighing, I'm really curious to see how accurate I am. :P DP: Just thought I'd mention, you could make my type of design with the old technic and it in fact would be better because you can attach armour plates and stuff
A MAJOR EDIT: An idea has just sprung to mind, how about we each do a tutorial, you can do about the old technic and ill do the new one?
The armour plates do nothing but look good when they fly off; the add no structural integrity whatsoever. And sure, I'll make one when my camera has finished charging (when I actually find the charger >.<). As a warning though, sturdy bots are generally easy to make.

If I just throw my Youtube channel link here, i'll leave you to watch and comment as you please. Please do comment, mind. https://www.youtube.com/user/FatherSplat Also, here's the link to the website I made for it: http://legorobotwarslightweights.weebly.com/
If you want me to put up any pictures for ease of viewing, I shall. :3
Nice, I shall look into these, also does anyone want me to do a tutorial on how to make a strong bot design?
Should we collaborate? You seem to have a different building method to me, I build for destruction and use old technic bricks, whereas you seem to use new-technic and are building for strength. Also, what weight are they? There are two, Lightweights (My class - 500g) and Heavyweights (The original - 850g). If it's a heavy, you way want to gear your motors down for power in the flipper rather than speed. Otherwise, good. EDIT: No, wait, that has to be heavy. You need two use two batteries for 4xl motors, as one battery powers four m motors or two xl motors. I'm guessing around 650g?

Failrace recently played this game, so we may get another small influx of new/returning members. I can't promise I'll come back for good (with revision and exams approaching), but I'll be hovering and lurking as I always have. However, for now, my builders block has been cured! :D Here's the video link if anyone wants it: FailRace Play Robot Arena 2:
