Games we missed is a pretty vague term, so I'll treat it that way: (EDIT: I didn't notice you clarify what "miss" meant on the first post. Oops.)
Speedball 1 or/and 2, released in 1988/1990 respectively. Futuristic high-contact sport based around scoring in various ways (Hitting targets, scoring goals, knocking the opposing players out cold) I missed this one in the terms of lost hours because hey, I wasn't born yet. But I got the new iPhone version of Speedball 2, and it's pretty much taken over my mobile activities.

My drinking didn't affect to the crash. I just had terrible headache and I didn't notice the car..
