As of the current state I would say they are right. Of course every bot could beat Obvalden and Black Ice (except scorpios) but none of the current RW bots could hold up against Hypershock or any other bot that got some but not alot screentime.

Removable butt tail. It doesn't do anything, just wiggles.

So I was finally able to watch the show yesterday and man is this boring at some points!

There's a major lack of enthusiasm. Everyone there looks like they want this to be over asap. and yes having more than just 4 battles per episode is awesome (looking at you battlebots) I don't want to see the same 4 bots fighting over and over. and if you do so get the mood right god damit! The intros suck, the annoucning voice sucks and you never understand where the teams are from. you can only hear the names of the bots but that's becaus you've read them before.

the robots... we had Tough A$$ Nails who was there. and then it was gone. We had Breaker Box and Ringmaster wich was cool! ... What? those were two s*tty versions of those bots? oh. well at least we had thor. That bot did great until it failed in the heat final (wich I told my friend who was watching with me would happen cause that sort of stuff always happens). And there is another flaw: why the hell would you fight a bot you have already beaten again and again? this setup sucks so much.

I was really happy when it was over. I will watch the other shows but I doubt there will be a second season.
If so there has to be a huge change in pretty much everything.

This it how beta is supposed to work. really good job there! Glad overhaul is out. Also good for beta that they have to face Nightmare instead of Icewave.

this is my favorite BB fight so far. I knew Warrior would loose as it has prooven to be not reliable. and the rake thing. awesome! from the clips it looks like Hyper Shock is going to loose against Poisen Arrow. Too bad but PA is a good bot to loose against.

The most supprising fight of the night appart from the Icewave/Nightmare one. I didn't see Stinger loose against Tento but good job there Lisa! Also weird to see that Stinger is out but the bot they beat is through

I don't like either. I don't like Chomp for beeing Chomp and I don't like shredder for this "patriotic" attitude. Glad Shredder lost. Sad it lost against Chomp and didn't take it out

I CALL FREAKING BS ON THE LOCKJAW vs BRUTUS FIGHT! This active weapon rule has to change into something else. Lockjaw controlled the whole fight and had better controll but was not using the weapon and so it was out. BS Is tell ya!

Ice Wave loosing to Nightmare was weird as I missed the show tonight and watched those highlight battles this morning. I endet this fight early as I thougt nightmare was out for sure. I just watched the episode and there I saw Ice Wave loosing its drive. Sad to see it through but glad nightmare gets another chance to die again. love both bots <3

Ringmaster vs Biteforce: the only supprise was BFs weapon stopped. that's it.

When I read on facebook that Bombshell (the short form is BS... funny) was using the horizontal spinner I was like: way to commid suicide! then I saw the bot with the attachement in the arena and I was like: well... it doesn't even touch the chassis... way to commid suicide! Then the battlestarted and the first chip of Cobrats Carbolts Calbites... the other robots wheel came of I was like: DAMN Mike you freaking genious! I love you! Also exposed wheels on the other bot?
way to commid suicide!

I was rooting for CC all the way through. Not sure who's my fav now.

I want minotaur to loose. also (sorry ray if you read this) Tombstone. I know it's a bit overhyped by the presenters but it is a damn good bot. It's so good that it could face minotaur in the finale. if that is the case tough I will be going for the Tomato Salad... I mean TS... I mean Tombstone.

I didn't get to watch the show but I saw all but 2 fights.

-The camera work is annoying.
-JP sounds like he has a potato in his mouth.
-When a bot like Razer (not a fanboy of that bot) goes out it sounds like no one cares. There is a lack of enthusiasm that was there in the old RW shows.
-Nuts.
-The Voice that indroduces stuff needs to die. get the other guy back!
-I don't like the arena that much.
-Thanks to that format we had Carbide/Cobald vs Behemoth 3 times. that is really something I want to see. the same fight 3 times. good choices there. can we please have just 2 bots per heat and let them fight 6 times maybe?
-the production looks like one of the live shows filmed with cameras that are still under TV standarts

As a Robot Wars fanboy who cried when Robot Wars dissapeared I must say that I prefer the new Battlebots seasons. Yes I really f-ing hate what ABC does with all the commercials and stuff but the fights and camerawork looks so much better. I guess I have to give Robot Wars another 2 years (til they reach season 3 again wich is my favorite) to become great again.

Sub Zero, Photon Storm, Disco inferno they all should have gotten one. I'm not too sure about blacksmith. Glad Mike got another chance

just saw the braket. Why are the Wildcard bots seeded higher than a bot that won it's fight? Why is Biteforce not seeded one but 4? Why does nightmare always get bots that are hard to beat? And why the hell are bronco and witch doc seeded 2 and 3?
