go for it, thats how many of the DSL reps were made and my Terrorhurtz had a heap of BFE :P

Step 1

go to this link http://www.megaupload.com/?d=1LTTSSJ4

type in the characters in the top right corner and click "download file"

wait out the 50 seconds and then click "Regular Download"

when prompted select any place on your computer you want the download to go to

wait out the download



Step 2

make sure you have WinRar installed

if not http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm



Step 3

right click the file DSL 2.1.rar and select extract to DSL 2.1\

this will then pop up for a few mintues

Step 4

A file DSL 2.1 will appear right where you are

open it and you will find another file named DSL 2.1

finally open that folder and you will see the entire DSL 2.1 game

double click Robot Arena 2 and BINGO your playing DSL

yeah its a very simple BFE job to fix up that burst

Define 'open'

enough additional objects and rigidbody parts for me to remove, edit and recycle for other aspects of the arena, not all self contained like some other arenas.

I know a few objects are different, but the more its broken up the the more likely I will be to transform it into the series 3 arena

So this might not be just an AI pack, more a mod? (If we're changing components and the like)

erm... I guess.. Mod you be entire rebalanced parts.. unless your doing that we are only adding in some custom stuff that is unbalanced intentionally to give them a better chance.

I dont know how "open" the RW GMF is from memory.. If it is layed out how I think it is, I might be able to use a large portion of it to create the series 3 arena  ;)

the saws on Thy's pic arnt that right.... dont forgot they were parallel to the wall and there was 2 on each side

a variation for series 4 would include the wall spikes and the pit decending with 30 seconds left in the match

@ the people who said that I don't respect what JB has done for me in this tourney  you can keep your worthless opinions  to yourselfs because you have no idea what the heck your talking about,

perhaps read back over everyone's posts before criticizing there lack of knowledge... nobody has singled you out within there comments... but it is true as a generalization the number of conflicts within tournament thread has great increased over the last year.

and becasue of that any further conflict posts will be immediately deleted from this thread with out any recognition that it was there...

well I spent an hour carefully making a FFUUU sound effect motor and RA2's output quality made it sound like a heap of &#@!

it looks like 1 solid map for the whole component

all you need to do as add an image map section in the materials section like other mapped components have.. as a indentation below the original map section.
