I can't have been the only one who thought the chassis was a big smartzone. Regardless I like it, the only hole I can see is the fact it uses locking motors, which is something you can't really change if you want a stable tracked robot.
In general, the worthwile armours are Tite5, Tite3, Steel1, and maybe Steel10 if you really need to kill weight.

I'm having a hard time picturing what #1 actually is from those screenshots. Which is a shame because it looks very nice.
#2 is the most Venkoist Venkobot ever. While it's a very clean build, it just seems like anything with a wedge would kill it. Or a flipper.
#3 Gets my vote. Like the presentation and the Vs/Popup hybrid aspect.
While I like the use of the Emergancy splash in #4, the whole thing just looks a bit messy with all the oddly coloured components.

The free option is WeGame ( http://www.wegame.com/) I haven't used it in a while, but when I did, I recorded 3 full tournaments on it without incident. Not sure how much it's changed since I used it though. The better option is Fraps ( http://www.fraps.com/) Which is what I use now. Very easy to use, but it costs a bit. £24.95 to be exact.

 My half of my team with Jack Daniels for my tourney. I'll make the extenders a bit darker so they look more like eyes. I would change them up to tite but that screws over the delicate balance of the SPINNING ARMS OF DEATH
