Still, the chances the newbie will sign out, just to see his own welcome thread seems a little slim; So I guess it just seems rather odd that you can't see the board. However, its easier then trying to monitor the board to keep it from going off topic; as its bound to go offtopic with people like myself around, since I have an ability to OT a topic without even noticing I did it.
Anyway, Acams has his reasons I suppose, so I won't question it.

I have No idea, it seems like a half baked idea on ACAMS [ site administrator ] part, but at least he is trying to cut down on the spam around here, spam that I'm a major contributor to.
^^, You'll find in time certain people are more helpful in the RA2 building then others, of course, since you can't see the junkyard until you enable it, your not likely to see many of the unhelpful people (like me) around too often.
