As much as I hate agreeing with Venko, he's right. It's a 2wd VS. Any stock VS would go into spikeball mode if it lost enough stabilizers anyway.
If the arc of the weapons hit the ground and provided movement (Half-crawler) then that'd be another thing entirely. But for now it's cheap, but acceptable.

Not sure there's a surefire way to get rid of it, re import the skin? Make the empty space on the .bmp that isn't part of the chassis darker? I'm not too sure.

Apart from more attachment points on the armour plates, I'd say rearranging the order of the components in the power tab, so there's at least one control board visible when you first press it. Trivial, I know. But i'm sure as anything i'm going to use the control board more than i'll use the air tank. Also where the  is the Malc 1.5 replica

 Excuse my god awful picture, but I hope the description should make up for it. This is the Airlock Arena, a square arena with reasonably low edges to allow for OOTA's. It has small fences then external walls, fencing the arena in from the rest of the world. This arena's party piece however, is that near the end of the match (Say, 2 minutes in in a 3 minute match) each airlock (There are 2 located on opposite sides of the arena) opens a small amont and the gravity of the arena changes for about 8 seconds, thrusting the robots to that side, and possibly out of the arena if they happen to be airborne. This then alternates by door every 20 seconds until the end of the match. Every time an airlock is about to open, 4 smoke vents, one in each corner, start pouring out smoke until the airlock is closed again. And if you wanted real fun. There could be a stack of barrels at one end, which would be thrown across the arena the first time an airlock opens.

I'm of the opinon that BOTM should generally just be a deliberatly vague ruleset that you can go wild with, because thinking outisde the box and trying something different what makes it fun! It stifles it a bit when there are even restrictions on how to make your splash.
You should made your points on the discussion thread about this BotM that I made, now it's kinda late...
1) I'm British. It's hardcoded into our DNA that we like to complain after nothing can be done about it. 2) You need to PM me the rules for next months BOTM
The "other stuff like stock for example..." didn't get enough votes to get an attention.
ACAMS needs this PM as soon as possible, so no more time for discussions.

If an entry needs more than a couple of screenshots to make it look good, then I'm fairly sure the entrant will include a couple. And a forced "Thanks, Click!" probably isn't the best way to show appreciation for DSL3 when a genuine comment would work better.*
Besides, I thought Venko not entering was a given considering ACAMS said it, as was not including any pointers as to who made it, as BOTM has always been anonymous.
*Thanks for all your hard work on DSL3, Click! I love the new extenders. They help tremendously in the fight against the rule of seven.

For me, at least, the top NPC motor attatchment point goes through the chassis when mounted flush to the baseplate.

Besides, TWM3R2 Drive seemed like a good idea at the time but the shape just not pratical, unless you like having your 2WD at the center of the bot. A million times this.
