Robot Arena was originally Infograms IP which is were the first and number 2 came from, RA was not Atari's IP until the two merged. It also does not help that after Robot Arena 1 failed to do good so Infograms re-branded the IP as a bargain bin game which does not really help a lot with the IP so it could very likely be put in a bundle with other odd or forgotten IPs or it will be alone for a low price.
Although it would be most likely that the IP will be put in a bundle simply because of how niche and unknown the franchise is, kinda like the same thing THQ did with some of their small IPs such as Titan Quest and Summoner which were put in a big bundle with other IPs.

Atari filled for bankruptcy back in January, now it appears they are selling off their gaming assets. The major assets being sold include Roller Coaster Tycoon Franchise which is going for a minimum bid of $3.5 million, Test Drive Franchise which is going for a minimum bid of $1.5 million and Total Annihilation going for a minimum bid of $250 thousand dollars. There is currently no word as to what will happen with all of Atari/Infograms ips as of yet. Meaning that the future fate of franchises such as Baulder's Gate, Alone in the Dark, Robot Arena and more are unknown. Atari hopes to make $22 million through the auction. Atari's last published video game was Special Forces: Team X which released February 6 2013 on Steam and Xbox Live Arcade. http://ca.ign.com/articles/2013/05/23/atari-auctioning-off-game-assets-in-july

Ju-on The Grudge for the Wii. .jpg) Probably one of the most frightening games of this current gen, possibly one of the scariest games of all time as well. It is a shame it did not sell well, as a sequel for it on the Wii U would be awesome especially with the gamepad.

Can I enter this?
I guess, it would balance out the last division but after that no more bots, as I have left this open for too long.
