Officially 5 days left until signups closes and only 4 spots left so now is a really good time to enter something. Quick reminder that the losers bracket only really works with all 16 spots filled. I know a couple of people considered entering and haven't yet so, if you still want to enter, now's a good time.

I know I've been promoting this a lot but signups got slow for a while and the entry list is almost full now and the deadline is so close to being full.

Also, for those who did enter, you can still change and modify things on your bot until the deadline.

Wow, sorry STC. Didn't realise my bot would cause issues like that.
Its no big deal, all is working good now with BountyHunter.

9 days left now, 7 spots left everyone, the sooner the better.

Also you can modify entries until the deadline if that helps.

Another half-assed method I've used is to wire the drive motors to the srimech button as well.
I've done that but, when it self-rights, it gets stuck driving forward. I kept changing the range and it still drives straight after righting itself.

I think he's just saying check out Bounty Hunter for how to wire it. But BountyHunter.py is the correct python here.
I figured it out, had to add an extra control called "DriveBack" for it to drive backwards while inverted. Thanks for the help btw.

Try BountyHunter.py along with testing it's bot Bounty Hunter in BBEANS AI. I think that's what you are asking for.
So it only works if you test the bot first?

How do you AI a bot to drive backwards to self right? Like it drives backwards while firing the weapon and it self rights.

Honestly, I have no idea what to build. That doesn't mean I don't want to enter, I just nothing to enter. If you can shoot me an idea, I will gladly build it.

[/desperation]
Yeah, I see your point, idk if I'm the right person to give you an idea seeing as I know all the entries so far lol.
I say try some kind of HS, just a random thought to get the ball rolling.

I'd consider messaging people who've regularly competed and are still active on GTM
I was considering that, but I'm pretty sure some would just find that a bit annoying. I know Helloface, KOS, and Badnik said they'd enter before signups began. Still waiting on their entry.

Yeah, I'm not sure how I can run this tournament with less than 16 entries, let alone with 7. Losers bracket won't even work. This kind of tournament only really works well if I get all 16. I might be able to work with 12 but I would probably have to remove the losers bracket and figure something out with the final heat.

That being said, I would much prefer 16 entries, idk if its that no one uses Ironforge anymore, but this is also a good way to get back/start fresh/learn how to work with it. Also I wouldn't want to move the deadline too much since I feel people will just get used to that and put entering away for later, I only have 9 months to finish this and signups time takes away from that.

TL;DR: Need entries to get this going, I've said that a lot but its been pretty quiet in this thread lately :P

Also, Ironforge Download Link is on the bottom of the first post on the first page.

Still 10 entries short and 15 days to go on that deadline.
