I think I know what you've done here. You've downloaded DSL, but you haven't overwritten the bots in the AI folder properly. When you download it, make a copy of Stock, then extract DSL to the same folder. You should get a message asking you to confirm you want to overwrite stuff, and you want to click "Yes to All", which replaces all the Stock files with the equivelant DSL files.

Yeah, this kind of thing happened to me a lot. Just re-download it and it sorts itself out. Make a backup of your Robot Designs folder so you don't lose any bots.
