The iCorrect on my iTouch is actually iOK. Although it needs to be with the bad onscreen keyboard.

Off-Topic Discussion / Re: General Chatter Thread« on: December 20, 2011, 03:45:24 PM »The hit detection is bad or the hitbox is tiny, stealth is useless (Drains energy insanely quickly, you have roughly half health by my guesses, you can't shoot guns without losing all your energy, and you can STILL be seen by the experienced player at up to medium range with your clock on!!!), total lack of support, the maps are bad apart from the one from the demo, you can only use 2 guns without getting destroyed, and one is unlocked quite late, 90% of people have online lag and terrible matchmaking issues (Luckily, I avoided these) and melee is absolutely useless, unless you're holding a pistol. And pistols are useless. If you decide you want Crysis 2 instead, consider this. But the singleplayer has none of these problems, is very fun, and I would recommend it for the SP. 5023

SP: 9.5/10 (Bested only by Half Life 2 IMO) MP: 4/10 (Oh god, the pain!!!) So yeah, only get Crysis 2 for the singleplayer. I'm not sure if Crysis is the same (Great SP, Bad/No MP) 5024

Sorry if I offended you, I was just pointing out something that I thought was relevant. Of course, I know jack diddly squat about robotics.

I mean on top of the axebot. Any other axe could do some damage to the inside of your bot.

Are they able to do 360 degree continuous rotation (For driving, obviously. =P), or do I have to take them apart myself and change bits whilst watching a tutorial on youtube?
EDIT: I have been looking at wheels, and have noticed that quite a few have sponge tires. I suppose this isn't strong enough, right? 5028

You reminded me of Ashens in your video. And that's a good thing.
Also, as you may know, I know less than nothing about antweights, but that axe looks woefully undamaging and underarmoured. 5029

Thanks for all the help so far, everyone.
Now, I can probably predict the answer to this, but will this do for drive? (*Waits for many people to say no*) Thing is, I really need my drive motors to just connect into the receiver, and motors require more work and tools (and knowledge) that I just don't have. 5030

OK then, I'll order that battery. I guess I'll just have to search up for a charger that'll do futaba connections?

Real Robotics Discussion / Re: The road to an antweight« on: December 20, 2011, 11:31:35 AM »go on componentshop.co.uk and look at small battery packs and choose the futaba connector on whichever battery pack you chooseAre you sure that I need a futaba connector, not a JR or Hitec, they look very similar. And would a 4.8V 400mAh battery pack be fine? just get a new battery, 2000mah is way to muchI was looking at another site. The battery I have is 300mAh. 5032

OK, I have forced myself to begin to order the remainder of the bits I need. Though I do need a bit of help:
![]() ![]() The first image shows the pins that are compatible with the receiver. The second images shows my current battery's pins. I need a rechargeable battery with the first pin design, plus a recharger. Can you guys help? I have found one, but it's 2000mAh, which seems a little excessive. 5033

I paid more than average for the last one and gave 90% to Humble. I would have done the same again, but I'm totally broke until Christmas.
Also, is it worth getting Battlefield 3? |
