That happens with me sometimes, but once they come up above the floor, they don't flop back down under it again.

I wouldn't mind if it was just a standard RA2T2 arena. A skin doesn't really change how the bots perform in it, it's just a bit of flash, I guess. I'm gonna do some proper predictions now. =D

Maximum Ability - Decent weaponry, but the skirt hinge wedge and lack of protection concerns me. Not sure if the reach is enough, either.
Circle Of Thorns IX - Looks very, very destructive. If that's an E-Tek, then it should pack some serious punch. Could easily go all the way.
120 - Nicely built VS, should do reasonably well, provided nothing gets to the exposed extender work, and it doesn't lose a hammer early on.
Angler Fish - SnS? Interesting design, I can't help thinking that two arms would be better, though. Stability might be an issue, but who knows.
SnSnS 11 - More obscure motor placement. Should do fairly well, it could cause a good amount of damage, though I might have chosen grippier wheels, like Technos.
Splitting Headache - Very nice looking design, but I'm not sure it'll do too well in combat, personally. Chassis looks like too big of a target, and the reach isn't great.
Camaxtli - Looks very nicely built indeed. Maybe some better chassis protection could have been chosen, but this could go quite far.
3V=3IR - A nicely built flipper, which could prove tough, provided the wedges are effective. That's the bother with designs like this.
Ramp To Heaven - WTF, Mate!? as a MW. Only with tougher ramps and less drive. I don't think this'll work well, personally.
Compacter 2 - Unrealistic, isn't it? Razors pass through the motors. Might do well, but the exposed motors look hecka fragile, and the tail thing seems too flimsy for my liking.
The Rave System - Reminds me of the unshowcased MW Valid Query that I made. Looks reasonably effective, but might get outweaponed a bit too easily.
Implosion II - I'm hoping the wedges are actually good on this one, otherwise I'm headed for a very early exit. Aside from that, I'm confident I can go far.
Thompson Automatic - Looks excellent, as is most of the stuff Scrap builds. Again, depends on the wedges, and vertical spinning weapons tend to mess them up...
USS Enterprise - Unusual design, I feel. Depending on wedges, again, it could do reasonably well. I don't understand the random angled poly sheet, though.
Crash Man MW - HazCon? Not sure, but it could prove surprisingly effective. At least, it will if that wedge holds out.
RKD - I don't know why the wedges are there. I'd have gone with better wheels, personally. Weaponry seems a little inefficient, too, but it could deal a good amount of damage.

I'm reasonably confident I can beat Urjak. 30,000HP should withstand a good amount of hits from the weaponry, and I should be able to take the DSL disc off with a few shots at most.

Oh those were the days, when popups could actually beat my shell spinners... but alas those days are over.

Seriously, you would be the first popup to remove that disk, let alone KO him. I look forward to meeting you in the arena.
I look forward to it as well. Although you forget I also have the option of OOTA'ing you. =P

Good luck should we meet up in the semi's, though. It's kind of a given you're gonna be an extremely tough opponent.

The swords might prevent the opponent getting up and over, but they'd go pretty quickly with their normals. The bracket wedge looks pointless, it should be removed, and - depending on how good or otherwise the wedges are - drop to Shiny Hubs. This should give you extra weight for a good deal more weaponry up front. You should really only have one layer of weapons, though, the first row will block the opponent from the second.

It might just have gotten buried under other threads. Either that, or people aren't sure what to build for DSL Unrealistic.

Don't worry, I'm not too confident either. =D Good luck, though.

Correct. My plan to send an HW Multibot, but I forgot that the Battlebox only has 2 start points. So I elected to get bumped down to the MW bracket to save freeziez having to learn how to GMF the arena. =)

Also NFX, do you have XBL?
I only got it to work last week, but I do. Can't remember it, though, I'll try and get it to you tomorrow.

That's a shame. I hope that you get things sorted out soon enough, dude. Your bots are usually awesome.

Except they suck at fighting...

There is more to this game than fighting, young Skywalker. =P

Me neither. It used to be fun, then they made it more "edgy", and it lost a lot of that cartoon appeal, for me.

Yeah, it's all about fighting now. For me it turned bad when "Spyro: A new beginning" was released for the PS2. I have it and didn't even complete it. It really ruined the series for me.
My sister bought it, and I borrowed it once. I did manage to complete it, but I have never played it since.

The games I have are Year Of The Dragon and A Hero's Tail. For some reason it's funnier when Spyro randomly decides to break the fourth wall.

I have: Spyro the Dragon, Spyro: Gateway to Glimmer, Spyro 3 Year of the Dragon, A Hero's Tale, Spyro: A new beginning and one other one for the PS2. I can't remember what it's called but it wasn't too bad.
Either Enter The Dragonfly or Eternal Night. I think they were the only two other ones they did. At least the other two that I know of.

Enter The Dragonfly, that's it! That one wasn't too bad. It kept to the original feel of it.

I've been looking for that one as well. It stuck to the fun, colourful, free-roaming thing that the early spyro games had.

Portal 2 seems alright, I'm trying to find the original Portal on its own first, though. So far, I've only been able to find it lumped with The Orange Box, which has 4 games that I don't want.
