swap the metal hinge feeder wedge for a skirt hinge (you might need to make the chassis slightly longer for this) with two skirts (preferably angled 80cm skirts) on the end attachments. extend the front two corners of the chassis out slightly and you can put the piglets right on those edges aswell and try having the beater bars on the disk in a plus pattern

lol that wedge is going to be useless. ideally you'd want two spinners instead of just the one. and something to keep bots from flying over the top

yeah it's a mw. it can flip other bots fairly easily but it can't get them over any walls (like the dsl tourny arena wall)

i cant quite tell what it is, but it looks pretty awesome. although the feeder wedge is a bit weak with just a ramplate. it would be a lot easier if you showed us the insides of the bot too

i think it'd be pretty cool if you tried your hand at dsl aswell

those wheelguards would look even better if you had some extenders going over the top of the wheels.
looks awesome anyway, nice work man

i'd probably enter, although i feel like having a 1200kg weight limit would be better

its because of how small it is, and because of the wedge/hinge. that many axles on such a small bot isn't a good idea. you can either make it wider or get rid of the wedge (which would probably mean you would have to make it bigger anyway, but it would look better)

anyway, i don't really like it being called irl, because its clearly trying to be somewhat effective whilst compromising the looks or other things. make it look better and i'll be happier.
also you can replace the baseplate anchor with a raised multiextender, which you can then rotate if you want.

okay. keep making useless and/or unhelpful then if youre so intent on doing so. glad you brought this into junkyard before you busted out your big-boy words though.
lol you just wanted a reason to call him out on something and get a reaction. guD TRoeling bro!!!

i didn't see any problem with it, aslong as it doesn't cause any flame wars (which i highly doubt it would've anyway). showcases would be totally boring without comments that differ from the norm of 'oh it looks nice' or 'gud work br0!!'. stop whining about people posting things you are used to/don't want to see. it's not your showcase either, so stop backseat modding.

and anyway, it was advice to some extent, as it was telling him that what he posted hadn't reached much of a feat in beating one of mazakaris bots, and that he should aim higher and build better. or maybe i'm reading it in the wrong context

okay have a good day guys

have you guys not realised that nintendo are slowly turning into furries? there's a ton of those sorts of pokemon in the newer generations compared to the old ones.

i'm tempted to just ditch the x/y starter, depending on what other pokemon are pretty good and when i can get them. if i had to use one, i'd use froakie though

Discussion / Re: What would you like in a Components pack?
« on: September 22, 2013, 10:41:58 AM »
we need a smaller motor, one that fits in an infantismally small bot.
EDIT:
And is set for wheels by default.
copals
besides, any smaller motors will almost always havok itself to death.

anyway, i would like to see more components that i can use as a sort of armour, like shell panels

i have no idea what you're trying to do, but it's terrible. i can only guess that it's meant to be irl, in which case you really need to stop going over the top with the motors. the bot looks horrible and the weapon is kinda abusing ra2 physics. lower the drive and make it look better.

if it's standard, shrink the chassis and add more weapons
