This Tournament has been approved for signups after achieving at least half it's entry size list in 'yes' votes in the interest poll, the topic submitted to me and the rules checked. The rules below may now not change, and this is now a SIGNUPS TOPIC :) (Image removed from quote.)
I have no choice but to do this until I'm allowed to do Sword of Glory. Apologies.
Notes:
I will be doing the AI (and bindings), unless you're willing to AI (and bind) yours.
Custom .pys are allowed, but you must send the bindings.
You cannot enter, until I have received, and accepted your robot(s).
I will be more stricter when it comes to entries.
Some textures may be edited/re-skinned.
There will be better pre-match information.
The Arena:
The arena will be the "Official Robot Arena 2 Tournament" arena, with edited textures. 
Rules:
The game will be a fresh DSL 2. No custom parts, neither edited components. It will be Realistic: IRL based.
There will be 16 entries.
One robot, per person.
Empty spaces (if any) will be filled up with bye bots made by moi - obviously.
This will be a middleweight tournament.
Only one custom part is allowed, and that's the DSL 3 VDMA R/P Piston/Burst.
Regarding Cheatbot2 parts, see Cheatbot2.
The ONLY glitch allowed, is the small chassis.
Must have at least 2 wheel drive, and all wheel drives must have/show controlled movement.
Meaning no clusters, crawlers, scuttles, etc.
A robot CAN be upgraded, until the end of the deadline for entries.
Unlimited amount of upgrades.
Sending a new robot is allowed, since it'd be classified as an upgrade.
Cheatbot2:
The list of allowed Cheatbot2 parts.
Power
Nifty 6V Battery, DarkCell Battery (All).
Extenders
All stock parts, Square Extender.
Motors
All stock parts, Flatmotor, Slow Flatmotor.
Wheels
Buster Wheel, Growler Wheel, Storm Wheel (re-textured), Robot X Caster.
Weapons
Nightmare Tooth, Tornado Mer Weapon (Middle and End), Buster Blade, Buster Tooth.
Extras
The Judge Components (All but Judge Gavel, re-textured Side Armor), Beta Components (Wheel, Front, Right, and Left Skirts, Both Skirt Corners, Top and Front Armor), Bracket Wedge, Ruiner Components (Bar End, and Cowboy Hat), MOE Weapon Motor, Hworf Components (All but Inviso Caster, and Small Bolt).
Matches:
It will be a Single Elimination tournament.
There will be a Rumble at the end of the competition.
Round 1 - Eight single matches.
Round 2 - The eight winners will fight in four single matches.
Round 3 - The four winners will fight in two single matches.
Round 4 (1) - The losers of Round 3 will fight in the Playoff.
Round 4 (2) - The winners of Round 3 will fight in the Final.
Special Round - All robots fight each other in a big rumble finale.
3 minute match, per match. No judges' decisions will be made during the tournament. A judges' decision will be based on points scored, during the rumbles.
Lowest points scored, eliminates the competitor.
The Status Messages will be turned on, in case of a controversial countout.
A robot will never be disqualified for havoking. If a havok happens, the match will restart, until there is a clear winner.
The rumble, will however allow havoks.

In addition to the previous advice, who uses a hollow disc on the top? You either use armored or solid discs.
Many successful shell spinners have used the lighter hollow discs in exchange for more weapons.
This is pretty much backed up by the fact that the majority, if not all, of the most built bot types in standard DSL don't really have a way of hitting the top.

New rules have been implemented. This means that new tournaments can now proceed to Signups provided they meet the new rules. They are strictly under a trial-and-error system right now, and I will ask hosts for feedback as the process continues.

Was just playing around on a recent DSL copy and found this. Can't remember making it. Not particularly noteworthy, just a fair example of one of my LW VS. Pretty sure I shaved some weight off somewhere though, because of that armour, which is probably overkill. Apologies for the pink hammers, it's from that old axolotl thing.

Looks pretty nice, have you considered trying to make the chassis a little more upright for the extra maneuverability that may help with such low grade drive? Not that I know what I'm on about with these these days.
