It's rare for Sonny to compliment other people's replicas. You earned it Arcane! Meanwhile, I spent roughly an hour just trying to skin a trapezoid in order to make a decent stock replica of Black Ice. I'm also working on the godly Robot Wars machine known as Eric. Having problems with the chassis atm. Also got a DSL Series 2 and 3-7 Dead Metal replica in the works.

I don't have the SergePatcher.Py in my arenas folder. Where do I download it? I already looked through downloads but couldn't find it.

Sorry for the bump, but I'm just curious, is there a mod for no restrictions on chassis building? Being ably to make whatever shaped chassis you want? I don't mean the kind of stuff in Bot File Editing, which I can't do, I mean more like when you're shaping the top of the chassis, and you want to make it a certain way, but for some dumb reason the game won't let you.
I could've sworn Serge made a patch that enabled that.

Ooooh, stock replicas! Nice!
Here's a stock replica of Warhead. Don't ask for the T-Rex version, that's too hard to do when you have crippling perfectionism. [ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ] [ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ]
is that a challenge
It's difficult to make a replica of something with limited resources and severe perfectionism. So yeah, it's challenging. By the way, this bot is on the BotExchange!

I can help out with the motors. Maybe I could make ETekRs and change the whole NPCT64 setup. Are there NPC-Fasts in real life? If not, we should remove them and just have regular NPCs be better.
Perm drive, TW3MR4 drive, maybe even re-introduce stock components with updated stats and graphics? The more the merrier. I can go around looking for motors from other mods and use those as well.
IMO the NPC fast would be a T-74. Which is slightly bigger, faster and heavier version of the T-64. Is planned. Also planned are Right-angle NPCs, which will only be in 'slow' flavour. May be based on the NPC B-81 but would need to be mirrored.
Cool! I was also thinking of adding plastic or fibreglass extenders, for decorative purposes.

Thanks! Although, I don't know what you mean by there being no eyes, they're the hot pink squares on the lifter.

Alright, after an entire WEEK of work I FINALLY got Matilda finished. Both the series 8-9 version and series 10 version. She's on the bot exchange, regular DSL UHW, not custom parts aside from the DSC IRL packs. She drives fast and the flywheel works, but the flipper is more of a lifter. A Beta Burst Motor + counterweight was only enough to make sure her heavy head could lift SOMETHING. Never tested either version in combat.

[ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ] Gamma 9. Now to figure out whether or not to enter it into GTMBB, or loan it away. (The clash of extenders to chassis bugs me too)
I'd recommend swapping out the chassis' black paintjob for the texture of the black extenders. If the chassis black is one singular shade, it can be swapped out for the texture on MSPaint.

Wow. That is truly amazing stuff. Have you ever considered building a house robot? One that could keep other bots in line?

This has gotten to the point where if I try and do any more custom skinning to it, I'm going to pull my hair out, anyways here is 2018 Lucky!
[ Quoting of attachment images from other messages is not allowed ]
6 Custom Skins, wedges that are actually hinged, and a semi- decent 4-bar "lifter"
I remember making a Techno Destructo replica that worked, but needed a custom skin. I'm jealous af.

Again, not much motivation to type these paragraphs. But I'd feel bad for not writing them. Makes me wish I could just record them with a camera. But until then, here's some fight reviews: Pumpjack VS Circuit Chipper Winner: Circuit Chipper Circuit Chipper had a hard time with this one. He basically just had to keep hitting Pumpjack without letting himself get attacked by his opponent's hammer. This didn't work out a few times, but mostly went in Circuit Chipper's favor. Circuit Chipper eventually took out the hammer and back end of Pumpjack. At the final minute, the entire right side of Pumpjack was torn off, partially immobilizing him. Pumpjack kept his front and left side pointed at Circuit Chipper until the end of the match.
Ramminator VS Blue Moose Winner:Ramminator It was a close match. Blue Moose had to basically time his flips with every ram from Ramminator, since he wasn't fast enough to chase him. At one point Ramminator's back right wheel came loose, first near the beginning of the match, after his first major hit on Blue Moose, before it popped back into place, and then the second time was near the end of the bout, where once again the wheel popped back into place. The two bots encountered Sir Killalot, and both were attacked, Blue Moose being hurled across the arena and into his back end, stuck on the arena wall. He kept trying to flip his way out, but it wasn't until he was nearly counted out that he managed to escape. Ramminator won on weapon usage and aggression.
Dozer VS Nonja Winner: Nonja Dozer gave it his all. His plow/forks managed to deflect several of Nonja's hits in spectacular fashion. However, due to his poor turning ability, Dozer had his blind spots exploited, and it resulted in the loss of his back left wheel. Over time, his plow became more and more deformed, to the point that it couldn't even touch the ground anymore. It could still lift though, as seen when it exploited Nonja's rear end's high ground clearance and lifted him, causing his weapon to hit the floor and the force flipping the robot over. At one point, Nonja was able to just barely dodge a hammer blow from Mr.Psycho. Inevitably, the rear end of Dozer came off, which reduced him to a 2 wheel drive. He was more agile, but harder to control. This cost him the fight, as he got steered into the lower arena wall and got his entire weapon system torn off in one hit from Nonja. The next hit blew pieces of Dozer's insides, chassis, and remaining drive towards my face, with Nonja winning by KO.
Triosk VS La Machine Reborn Winner: La Machine Reborn These two bots missed their initial first charge at each other, the second charge sent Triosk Flying. The two bots bumped and ran into each other, Triosk scoring at least one good hit. He eventually was toppled sideways and got shoved into the upper right arena corner, and couldn't self-right. Triosk was counted out and picked on by Shunt, who broke off one of Triosk's upper "legs" with multiple axe blows. Triosk was later knocked back onto his wheels, and he escaped from the corner, only to be confronted by Dead Metal. They went head on, saw-blade to spinner, and Triosk delivered an uppercut that flipped Dead Metal over. He then got attacked by Shunt, who tried to flip him with his plow, only to make himself more vulnerable. Triosk then attacked underneath Shunt's plow, barraging him with multiple hits and knocking off his right horn. Shunt had to run away before attacking again, knocking Triosk on his back, on the side with one of the legs broken, and attacked with his axe. He then shoved Triosk into the lower arena wall and beat on him until I ended the match.
Rhino VS Silver Knight Winner: Silver Knight Rhino seemed like the better bot, but Silver Knight was able to deflect many of Rhino's axe blows with both his sword and shield. In fact, it was Silver Knight's arms that proved crucial here, as they kept Rhino away from mounting any major attack. At the same time, the axe also got tangled up with Silver Knight's arms, which Silver Knight took advantage of by moving him around. Near the end of the fight, Rhino finally got underneath Silver Knight, and seized the opportunity to do as much as possible, but there was only 30 seconds left. Rhino slammed Silver Knight into the lower arena wall, where the knight's shield got caught by the beams that made up said wall. Silver Knight was able to escape, even with Growler attacking him since he was too close to his corner.
Vice Grip VS Yin-Yang Winner: Vice Grip This boring fight was a tough one to decide. Vice Grip would charge at Yin-Yang, who'd be spinning, and either get his claws deflected or underneath Yin-Yang. If underneath, Vice Grip would try driving Yin-Yang around. There was also the possibility of the claws actually succeeding in grabbing a hold of Yin-Yang. This was what decided the match, as this led to Vice Grip leading Yin-Yang into Sergeant Bash's corner, where Bash tried using his crushing claw on one of Yin-Yang's wheels. This happened twice, and ended up being the deciding factor of the match.
Prowler VS Big Bad Biter Winner: Big Bad Biter Prowler didn't stand a chance in this bout. He first charged his "head" into Big Bad Biter several times, at one point getting caught up in one of the poles sticking out of the sides of Big Bad Biter's crushing mechanism. Another time, Big Bad Biter grabbed a hold of Prowler's saw arm, and didn't let go. He tried moving Prowler to the house robots, but failed. Refbot later forcefully separated them, only for Big Bad Biter to grab it again, but then let go. Eventually, the saw arm on Prowler was torn off. Shortly after that, Big Bad Biter broke Prowler's back left wheel and motor, hampering Prowler's mobility. Later, he was dragged into Mr.Psycho's hammer by Big Bad Biter, getting an armor panel broken off in the process before escaping. Big Bad Biter later grabbed a hold of Prowler again, and broke off more of Prowler's armor with his beak. Finally, Prowler was sent to Mr.Psycho's hammer again, and this time Psycho inflicted a fatal blow, destroying the frame of Prowler's chassis and knocking his internals loose, knocking him out.
Debranator VS Zerschlagen Winner: Debranator Zerschlagen put up such a good fight, he actually seemed like the victor. Debranator kept getting swatted away by Zerschlagen's weapon, and even took some damage. First her decorative spoiler, then one of her back panels, and soon there was damage to the back of her chassis. There were a couple times in this fight where Debranator got a flip on Zerschlagen, but was unable to capitalize on it. Finally, Zerschlagen was pushed into the left wall, and Debranator got under him and flipped him twice, the first time nearly taking him oota, the second time succeeding. Debranator won by knockout. And here's the brackets for this round: WHEW! This format is WAY easier to work with. Who's gonna win? Find out next time I eventually post something! Comments would always be appreciated!

Yaaay, more Battlebots! Growler and Overhaul look amazing!
Thanks! It's always nice to get comments from fellow skilled replica builders... ...why does Resetti never comment on other people's replicas? It's kinda weird.

Good job Mazakari! Here's my replica of Growler. I know there's already one in DSL, but I still wanted to make a crack at it. I am making all the house robots after all. This big boi is gonna be put on the BotExchange along with Mr.Psycho, Dead Metal, and The Sentinel. Expect more to come.

...yeah, ASAP my ass. I'm still not able to do this thing regularly. I'm fighting with the same robots over and over again. It's not as interesting as it was before. But at the same time, I also want to know the results of this tournament, and I'm not letting it pass. That and I keep getting these crazy surprises. Unfortunately, I didn't write down what happened, I got tired of having to type millions of paragraphs that only interest me. I regret that decision. That round had some crazy fights, and I didn't type anything about them. I'm gonna try recording them this time, and then use a different format that makes editing easier. With that said, here's the results of last round, with vague descriptions of what I could remember of the fights. Ramminator VS Debranator Winner: Ramminator Ramminator used his superior speed and agility to show more aggression against Debranator, who struggled to get him oota, let alone underneath him. Ramminator lasted the full 4 minutes and won by a judges decision. Dozer VS Circuit Chipper Winner: Dozer Dozer's durable front end came in handy this fight. He plowed at Circuit Chipper, and flipped him over, winning by KO. Triosk VS Blue Moose Winner: Blue Moose Triosk didn't stand a chance, he got flipped so many times that his chassis straight up fell apart. Rhino VS Nonja Winner: Rhino Rhino got roughed up a quite a bit this fight, but caught a lucky break when one of his hits collapsed Nonja's chassis, knocking him out. Vice Grip VS La Machine Reborn Winner: La Machine Reborn The whole fight was mostly a pushing match, La Machine Reborn winning on Judges decision. Prowler VS Silver Knight Winner: Silver Knight Silver Knight used it's upper half to toss and turn Prowler around the arena, controlling the fight. Pumpjack VS Zerschlagen Winner: Zerschlagen Zerschlagen had a difficult time this round, but after some swatting away at Pumpjack and destroying his opponent's rear end, the German machine won. Yin Yang VS Big Bad Biter Winner: Big Bad Biter Big Bad Biter used it's crushing beak to dominate the fight, piercing in between Yin-Yang's wheels and lifting him into the air 3 TIMES! He even almost took him out the arena, by the bottom lower wall.
Here's Round 6: Who's gonna win? When will I post the results? We'll find out later on! See ya then.
