So yeah, in about half an hour Aperture Roleplay (which I co-administer) is opening. Right now we have FOUR public Garry's Mod servers, and you are more than welcome to try and check them out if you have the game. Here's a half-assed list: - Phase Four RP - 188.165.240.218:27015 - A semi-serious RP gamemode made by kurozael
- New Vegas RP - 188.165.240.218:27022 - A serious post-apocalyptic RP gamemode made by kurozael
- Fretta Minigames - 188.165.240.218:27018 - A lot of kickass minigames you can play, and last time I checked we are the only ones hosting Fretta who are left!
- Dark Arr Pee - 188.165.240.218:27016 - SRS BUSINESS DARKRP SERVER GUNZ AMMOZ CARZ DRUGZ PLZ COME PLAY
Also, hats. Right now the servers are passworded, but we open up at 21GMT+1.

You run Linux? First person I know who does. What are the advantages?
Uhm, it's more secure, more reliable, more stable, faster and free (as in free speech and usually as in free beer)? Just to remind you, most of the web (but not only) servers run Linux. Same goes for supercomputers. And both my netbook and desktop PC. And my home server that's been up and running on Linux for 104 days now, and that would've been longer if nor for a kernel update (fun fact: the hardware it's running on is so old, no recent version of Windows would run on it). Also, if you have a router, I bet $10 that it's also running Linux.

Haha, no, it's just Linux's way of telling that the task scheduler is giving the process 3x the CPU time it would normally be given.
Also, invite who you want, do what you want with the server, I don't care.

The Java instance running the server was using like 300% CPU power, so I had to kill and start it again. Weird o_O.
