Should I bother getting a sport exhaust for mine?
All the exhaust is is the manifold going straight into the side of the silencer. Not very long.
If the silencer is what we Americans call a muffler, then it would probably be replaced, as well.

Maybe... Flowmaster may be the better choice, though. Magnaflow seems to overprice their products. But yes, if you just want to be able to hear the engine and not necessarily wake up the entire neighborhood, I would go with one of the two.

The guy specifically wants to be able to use his hobby controller that he uses with his bot to get better used the that controller. Telling him to use other controllers isn't going to cut it.
On the subject of game controllers, I watched a video in MikeNCR's real robotics thread that he fought a guy at Dragon*Con that was using a PlayStation controller modified for radio control to drive his bot. I thought it was a pretty nifty idea.

I like monster as a brand..
But when it comes to drinking, I prefer to have wiiings ;P
I only like having wiings when I mix with something that makes it a bad idea to fly anyway. Red Bull and Jagermeister is great...  I like Monster M-80. It's got a pineapple flavor similar to Red Bull, but seems to be slightly sweeter and have less carbonation. If you haven't tried it, I would suggest it. It seems they may have discontinued it, though. I can't hardly find it anymore... Edit: According to Wikipedia, it hasn't been discontinued, but they aren't making as much of it as they had. Apparently, it's called "Ripper" in Europe.

My driver's stats are heavily weighted to be good at the speedways. It should make for a good points run in the end, since there are mostly speedways on a normal schedule. Road course is the weakest stat, but that's usually how it goes in real life too.

My car's gonna need a security system of some sort...I was considering just taking the wheel off as I get out. That'ss show 'em, especially as they'll need a special boss to mount any wheel to the steering column.
Or just unplug the distributor. I love having such an easy car to modify.

He's right you know... Cherry Bombs are in no way the same as a fartcan. Cherry Bomb is a brand of glass pack, which is a muffler replacement. Fartcans are exhaust tips. Hey, at least the Oldsmobile doesn't make me look like I pay for groceries with foodstamps.

It was me. I am posting this from Hell. Surprisingly, they have internet in Hell... It's dial-up using Internet Explorer and no pop-up blocker, and the PC is a Gateway with 64mb of RAM and it runs on Windows ME...

I like our three way tie for eighth place in points. Me, S_M and Jonzu... Not too bad. JD must have some top secret formula for his driver stats. He seems to be pretty dominant so far.
Also, NFX... It would seem that you set the driver stats pretty heavily to be good at superspeedways (i.e.: Daytona and Talladega).
