To start with positives, it looks like you have empty space management down to a degree. Just don't make a box and fill it up with stuff, have an idea of what you're going to build before you build it, so you have an idea of what the chassis should be like.

Notits McNotMarth is literally just Marth but with a lower skill ceiling. Do you at least play as the Tharja alt?
I'm not good enough to justify playing Marth over Lucina half the time, especially in for glory. If I'm doing local matches I'll usually use the two interchangeably.
