First roller coaster built, and it's supposed to pretty up my entry (like Flaming Fury in the desert park). It's short and sweet.
Type? I'm going to go for two Woodies, a Vekoma Boomerang, and a Schwarzkopf Looping Coaster.

So I was building my entry, right? Coming along fairly well. Then, without warning, RA2 decided to close itself. Then the internet decided to close itself. And then my computer decided to restarted itself. Turns out it was automatically installing some pointless updates that I didn't even want in the first place. <expletive>ing technology. So no entry from me until tomorrow at the earliest.
Ouch. That happened to me when playing RCT2 once- hadn't saved in a while, either. There were no survivors.

There are LOADS of variants of Jerusalem. It stopped being funny when I hit the tenth one. Now it's hilarious
And did those feet, in Ancient times...

I've got a Boulder Dash-clone
Boulder Dash, eh? If I recall correctly, that's one of the top Wooden Coasters in the World.
Indeed. One of CCI's finest.
Woo, I could be in trouble, then =P

I suppose we can reskin the park to our tastes ? Cause i sure as wanna make another volcanic park.
Mighty Naryar's Lava Loch?
That's a nice name but no one would take me seriously.
Glad you liked it all the same, though So, how's everyone doing so far? Mine's progressing rather nicely- I've installed the Elevator tower at the top of (And through) the hill, started construction on the park's transit system, and am building up the park's Main Street- even at this moment in time, it features flower gardens, fountains, and a Vintage Italian Carousel overlooking the river. I'm a firm believer in making my parks beautiful I'll start building my coasters soon, too. Space might make doing so a bit of a challenge, but it's nothing I can't overcome
oh no im losing with my stupid roman/something hybird park
I wouldn't say so- I think, given the surroundings, a Roman/Classical theme might work rather well, a bit like the "Roman Village" Scenario from RCT1- Loopy Landscapes.

King B Powerworks. I chose not to use the superflat so that the saw would fit properly: (Image removed from quote.)
Definitely one of the best I've seen in a while, Sonny- looks almost exactly like the real thing I do have an idea if you're still taking requests, though- how about trying Penetrator, from Series 2? That's a design I quite liked.

Speaking of DOS viruses...
I don't have that one on my list, unless CMOSDead is another name for AntiCMOS. Got any information on it?
I'm making a huge essay on as many viruses as I can find information for, by the way
Sure do- after infecting .COM files, it will randomly run the payload routine where it displays a truly ear raping noise and scary visual payload, while at the same time corrupting the CMOS memory, which will cause the system to lose the current time and hard drive controller settings, which must be re-entered manually by the user. However, this virus contains another payload, where if the user presses CTRL+ALT+DEL (to restart the computer) during the terrifying payload, then the virus will format the hard drive. Truly evil programming at its finest.

match 1: steel arrow for an easy win here. it's invertible, outweaponing and i doubt gf can get under enough to flip it out before losing the flipper.
No need to be so sure- It's actually more resistant and powerful than it appears. It's flipped out HWs in testing, and I have a hunch it's slightly faster, too- two NPC fasts are more powerful than four of those RAD-alike motors with those wheels, which I assume he's got based on the size.
Eh GF did you see what I posted about your bot?
I realized today that I didn't try something that may have worked (-math.pi) so I'll try that next time I get on my RA2 computer (next Thursday), which is the next time I'll be uploading vids.
No? What's happened?

12.5 meters in QWOP. I think I've got a decent technique. Until I do a backflip.
16.5 metres is my record- at least until I do a bonecrushing landing on my head. Still, hasn't stopped me trying to perform the Flash Kick with QWOP, though.

(Image removed from quote.) Possible Chassi for any furure IRL bots. I like the small chassi, because it means I can have more unusual designs, and I can watch my things still fight while missing half of themselves etc...
Reminds me of Void from Starcore 3.

Excellent, let's see what I can make. No idea what it'll be, but as long as it deals with Jonzu and GK, I'm fine with whatever it could be

I will revive this Thread, because I'm now thinking seriously to build a robot. What I'm gonna do is build 450g wedge robot, to Finnish Robot Combat tournament. All I currently have is 4 metal pieces, 125g each, I would use one panel in the bot, and the rest will be kept until the wedge breaks up. Now what I need are the rest, Batterys, Servos, Team name etc. Also I think I'll use Lego wheels in it, because they're quite common in Robosota
So... Where I could get the best parts to robots? And do you guys have any name suggestions to my Team?
Robot Name-Dolan Team Name- Drag Queens

your weapon is going to flip forwards, probably not high enough for an oota. i guess we'll have to see
You'd be surprised, actually- I built it to mostly the same principles as my old Cassius II replica for Replica Wars (Which Badnik also hosted, coincidentially), and with that, I got two HWs (Bigger Brother and the Revolutionist) Out of the Arena with it.

Help! I made a new park, in RCT2, and when I try to look for it, to upload it to here for all y'all, I can't find it! I've looked where the game says it is, and I can open it in the game just fine, but any screenshots, save files or scenarios of the park just simply won't open outside of the game. Someone tell me how to fix this, because It's making me want to
Ah yes, this problem. Go to your RCT2 directory, and click the "Show Compatability Files" button on the window bar, in the places where you usually look. Everything you've made will reappear. Hope this helps!

On the plus side though, I've got a front-hinged flipper that's suited for OOTAing opponents, so I might be in with a chance against Flood if I beat Smashy here. He's got skirt hinge wedges (Cheap in IRL I find, unless used for realistic armour) though, but I've got NPC-fast drive and small wheels (Ergo, speed, agility and ground clearance), so I'll have to see how I do if I make it that far.

All I can say... Watch out. PHENOMENAL CAT is going to defeat you all. Meow.
Pity I'm not in the same bracket, otherwise I'd put the cat out before going to bed (Mind you though, I must be one of the few GTMers here who likes cats =P)
