Darkrat and Starcore are hardly active, obviously. Click is one I have respect for as well since he's pretty reasonable, but I don't think he takes action enough either. And I think ACAMS doesn't have his screwed on quite correctly if he's giving mod powers to narcissistic bastards like Naryar and Inf. At least he's trying to do something to help the playground; I just hope he's been reasonable enough.

Stock.

Plastic. 1 tank. Practically impenetrable front... except for the top, which TF loves to attack.

Mostly built to fight single HS though. I suck at driving so I don't have any real results against Spin Cycle.

I don't see the point in having a 3rd shell, especially when it has nothing on it at all. Really, if you attached a hexplate + 2 vlad spikes where each vlad spike currently is on the bottom shell you could eliminate the need for a second shell too.

I think how fast the shell spins could be a problem though... there's probably over 1000kg of weapon weight on the first shell alone, that's enough to make even a dual perm s*** its pants. You might be able to bypass this (to a certain extent, anyway) by turning in the direction the shell is spinning, like a sit-n-spin would do. How many e-teks for drive do you have? 2 or 4?

The dumb thing about hypno teeth is their collision mesh. Seriously, hit F12 and see what I mean, you could use that last ~45 KG on heavier spikes.

What I like to do for ideas is to lurk around in some of the showcase posts/videos/other archives and rebuild some of the cooler looking concepts. Stealth Bomber was based on some poorly executed BW drill Wolfsbane (the furry guy) made.

Another way to come up with ideas is to try to come up with practical uses for components that aren't widely used. Currently I'm brainstorming ideas to make sawblades useful in stock.
