go with 5mm plastic, techno wheels on npc fasts, replace the snapper wedges with metal hinges, replace the mag snapper with a bsg and put loads more weapons on. and replace the baseplate anchors with multiextenders if you really want the bits sticking out the side and top. i'd get rid of them though. and replace the battlepacks with 8 ant batteries and get a skirt hinge and put a titanium sheet (from the extras) onto there so it covers the front. and maybe put some halfsheets on the bottom.

No need to be so sure- It's actually more resistant and powerful than it appears. It's flipped out HWs in testing, and I have a hunch it's slightly faster, too- two NPC fasts are more powerful than four of those RAD-alike motors with those wheels, which I assume he's got based on the size.
your weapon is going to flip forwards, probably not high enough for an oota. i guess we'll have to see
