new ripblade doesn't look too ripblade-ish

don't call it ironforge stock AI because else people will confuse it with stock AI. At first I thought you wanted to make a stock ironforge mod, or something like that.

Call it Restocked Ironforge ? Ironstock ?

anyways will probably claim a team... dunno whose one, maybe you should make a list of stock teams and people will claim the teams/bots, first come first serve ?

does it have any hidden weapons inside the chassis ? because it seems very lightly weaponed. Or is the disc on the piston ?

Literally every time a bot who is more standard than IRL enters an IRL tournament there is an uproar of "tryhard" comments, so much that people put up IRL quality controls to remove too Standard bots, but when people enter IRL bots into Standard tournaments, no one cares ?

Double standards ahoy.
How is that double standards? IRL bots follow all the building rules of this tournament, in a IRL tournament a standard bot doesn't.

Yes, but that is a standard tournament. If people enter enough IRL bots, then it won't be a standard tournament anymore.

don't say people can build irl in a standard tournament. Then half entrants will build IRL because they can't do anything else and get rekt.

no.

let them learn.

Nah. If newbs enter IRL bots into a standard tournament to "learn", first it gives a poor battling environment for us veterans, second it's nonsense. This is a standard tournament, not an IRL one.

redaces call.

but the best teacher, always has and always will be experience.

Oh I agree with you... I just don't want to fight IRL bots in a standard tournament, same as people (legitimely) not wanting standard bots in an IRL tournament.

someone needs to teach you to make proper extender work...

alright first never use the omni extenders. you have multi extenders, and they can be rotated, and occasionally baseplate anchors. Second, don't use anglers unless the situation calls for it. Right there they don't.

also, since you are building irl, make that extender setup that holds the disc less flimsy. right now it looks like it's gonna break and fly away on the first hit.

finally this weapon design is somewhat messy. use heavier weapons/ a better beater setup (you have a DSL disc, and plenty of attachment points, and also different attachment points on a large beater) instead of adding randomly small beaters on large beaters.

Especially when you have quality control rules in place.

Also I don't get the point of all this arena swapping ? It appears to give no bonus to bots.

so...

>jonzu claims he has been here for X years and implying that gives him respect
>kill and craaig claim rightfully "it's not how long you've been here, it's what you've achieved"
>jonzu argues about "i was speaking about how long i was here" and stuff
>people start to mock jonzu... lightly
>jonzu's victim complex makes a triumphant entrance
>self-pitying intensifies
>thinks people actually respected him back then
>trolling intensifies
>090901 thinking that people pick on jonzu just because it's him, instead of people picking on jonzu because some old unfortunate behavior of his

is this 2015 or 2011 ?

jonzu you have been pretty OK as far as behavior goes for most of this year, now people just pick on you because you still have a thin skin and you tend to whine, stop

at least make them cool or something if you are going to post them here
>goes into my showcase knowing that i won worst builder award 2 years in a row
>actually expects something good

no no that's just you being lazy and believing you are bad. of course if you think you are bad because you are playzooki you will not improve.

i fail to see why SnS should be banned. SnS aren't invulnerable.

Removing 1WD bots/uncontrolled movement bots is all good, however, even though no one will seriously enter an 1WD bot in a MW tourney.

lol this ain't stock
lol that doesnt mean i cant build unrealistic
Yeah but building unrealistic in DSL or IF is like supa hot easy mode compared to stock. It's not even using any creative stock techniques.
I just think unrealistic ironforge is ugly and ironforge is supposed to be at least DSL-S realistic
