sorry about that Redline... I did say to begin with any py's that dont come with DSL 2.1 were allowed for AIing your bot as long as your provide me with them.. (SSG gave me the pillarplus.py with his entry) so I will add this to the shopping list for next tournament Hey, it's alright. I had no complains minus when the bursts don't go off all at once, but that's just the RA2 AI for you.

You could also go for some teams on Nitto 1320 Legends' approach and have the team name, logo AND username in the avatar.

Hmmm... you probably have your smart zone a bit too forward. You could've still flipped ED with those irons. But that thing simply doesn't want to get OOTA. :P The only AIing I did was the robot controls and naming the buttons I believe. :|

battle 7 is up Redline vs H@z now with the match summery's at the end (from memory) quite a long video.. I likely going away for the weekend so hopefully get the last video of round one up before I go :-D
Edit: the site is experiencing technical problems > so its not quite up yet
Edit 2: finally the stupid thing is working..... the video is now up :) Well.. it did as it was intended, sort of. But there just wasn't enough attack power. And a scrimech after the wedges get removed.

Redline v.s H@z47: I really like Redline bot so i'm going with him to take the win:-D. Hopefully one of my picks wins While my bot does look good, attack power is something to be desired. The flipping part IS untested on SHWs however.

i have to agree with the newbie. that has a LOT of empty space. Yeah... you're right. Probably allowed it to have so much empty space because of that problem where the bot goes nuts over a small chassis. Or small wheels. Don't get why, it just happens.

Well, it's actually alright. Sub-par, but a good starting point.
Let's see the insides?

Just noticed... redline, you were nothing like these guys. the closest example who amounted to anything was Sage, and he wasnt THAT bad. just posted a damn lot. Was you around in 2004/2005?

Here's another. You already had a Koopa quote so why not go the whole way? Think it could be a little better.. EDIT: It was the text that didn't seem right. Now stands out more.

And one I made fairly quickly for velocity unless somebody makes something better
(Image removed from quote.) Doesn't really give an air of speed... 7 minute effort. Literally.

Apparently the Angry German Kid has a better robot then Big Daddy.
2:20 for a clean shot. Though without the weapon on the extender visible.. (I think it's a iron spike)
(Yeah, I know it isn't an actual AGK video, if he actually does them)

Awesome weight management there, 799.9kg. Maybe the bot could be better (I'm not familiar with some DSL weapon setups) but still, it's extremely well managed.
Super Humdrums ain't so bad either.

I CANNOT TAKE ANOTHER NEWB LIKE THIS. If we did the community would go to over time. If we didn't the community would go to over time. What difference does it make?

Not bad STC but that doesn't look like an LW. We're doing a contest on them if you didn't know.
