You can buy smaller mouses(mice?) for your laptop, I use one and its really quite handy. Also, post some screenshots of your problem if you can. We can help you easier that way.

Daddy Long-legs arn't spiders, they're insects. Wings, long bodies, six legs. There are too many legs to count in that picture, but those bodies are more round and I can't see any wings. So they're not Daddy Long Legs in the pic.
I think Naryar may be right about them bring 'hunting spiders', except in england I believe they're called 'harvestmen'. Not spiders, cos they don't have abdomens and don't spin web, but they have more than six legs.

The torque of the spinners turns the whole robot.
Edit: I know this because I tried building a similar bot. Oh, that wasn't aimed at you HA, I was asking LRA2, but thanks both of you for the clarification anyway.

You should put as much info about your bot as you can when you showcase them, it avoids people like me having to ask a load of questions before anyone can get anywhere.

How do you mean? Do the spinners keep falling off? Not fast enough? Because to be honest, I wouldn't say thats a very good axe. Not having a go at you, but this bot could seriously use some improving.

That idea would surely work better in stock.
Tribars in DSL are weak.
Piglets aren't powerful enough for a HW.
If you made the chassis smaller, there would be MUCH less empty space, and more weight for batteries and a better drive.
I'm not sure the srimech is going to be effective in that position.

Bump - thanks to the link Nar put in DKs thread.
If anybody still has storys about how they got their names, I think they should be put here from now on.
Anyway, I called myself Weirdo because:- I've been called one; the name suits; and its its contradictory, because everyone calls me 'the normal one'. But there's no such thing as 'normal'.
@ Flying_Chao: Um, jah. If you're STILL wondering. Everybody in fact came from Africa, english people, americans, everyone. So yeah, I hope I cleared that up, and ended nearly a year or so of panicing over who created who.
