So do i build in DSL are Nar AI?
And is Nar AI supposed to have stock armour?
You can build in DSL, but there are some slight balance changes with some components. And other ones, like the dragon's breath and narpoons (I assume they'll be allowed.) And the armours are the same as they are in standard DSL. Is the chassis on the bot exchange?
Nate, he hasn't done it yet, he's still deciding on what to do. He'll probably put it on when it goes through to signups.

I'm sad you hadn't heard of the MMR champion.
It got overshadowed by the runner up :P

It's a mini Ripblade (restocked anyway) :3
He's onto me D: Anyhoo, this thing. Stock VS, why so bad without wedges D: I need to find a way to protect those stabilisers more- HS and Popups seem to get them fairly often. Might remove the ice picks on the back, and the two central casters (The little OCD part of me couldn't leave them out D:) to protect the top better. And tbh, I'm not even sure I have the weapon motors wired the right way. :L 2 blacks ( lazilylovingly stacked by gazea) and DSA.

Should be able to choose between two types, because a 2x1 chassis with 3 ants is effectively banning a lot of bot types (flippers, popups etc). Unless of course this is the idea- but then this might as well be a spinner only tourney- though again this depends on where you put those multis :P

The sydney sleeper is an awful weapon. And facestabs happen due to a ping difference, I think. :P
It's actually a bit underestimated I feel, but decent enough in the right hands. It's more of a long-distance support weapon to assist teammates at closer range, but that hasn't stopped me killing stuff in one shot with it. That, and needle-sharp darts filled with piss are hardly the most pleasant things to be shot with XD And yes, precisely why I think backstabbing shouldn't kill in one shot. How should a tiny little knife do more damage than an Axe or a Kukri?
You misunderstood me. I think the sydney sleeper is terrible, because it promotes bodyshotting. A sniper should be going for the heads- the Sydney Sleeper is up with the Backburner for cheap ass weapons, imo.

Damn, sounds pretty awful. Still preferable to cheap instant death from behind, though.
Nah. If you pay any attention at all you can avoid that. Machina Bodyshots are so much cheaper, and the only way you can avoid that is by going spy and cloaking past, uber, or by someone else (or you) headshotting them before they bodyshot you.

Lol.
Just had a terrible game on orange, which reminded me how much I hate engineers. Sure, I can eventually deal with 4 sentries on top of the tower via flying demoman, thats fine. But when your team allows an ubered heavy to kill 90% of them, which in turn allows the four engies to set up level 3 sentries positioned that you can't even turn the corner.....
Couldn't even destroy them from above like I normally do as soldier, because one was positioned on the wall I rocket jump onto. Oh, and there were snipers bodyshotting everyone who did manage to push out. Eugh. Rant over.

You could have a seperate rep system for RA2 doings and another for everything else. But this would annoy ACAMS, I expect :P
You could also just scrap it completely. Or leave it as it is. I for one don't actually care.

You can't complain about spy being cheap, you play backburner pyro, which is practically the same thing...
Technically, I can- firstly, playing as Pyro effectively does actually require skill. Even with that, you've still got to sneak up on them and kill them quickly. Spies can just go invisible, waltz up behind anyone and kill them instantly. That's cheap, takes no skill whatsoever. And besides- I wasn't even Pyro anyway that time. I was the Medic.
Have you ever played spy? He's the weakest class in the game, and the only way he can pick up kills reliably is with a backstab- other classes out damage him consistently, unless he's using the cheapforcer. If anything, spy requires the MOST skill to play well. You have to avoid continuous spychecking, pyros that spam flames everywhere especially. And pyro? Skill? With the backburner? If you used the stock flame or degreaser I could accept that, but the backburner is the cheapest flamethrower there is, even with the slight damage nerf. And don't bring up the phlog, that thing was good but has been nerfed so much its almost useless. I disagree, I think that Spy requires the most skill to do well. I love playing spy, but I'm terrible at it. It's pretty difficult when you're effectively going melee only, and you can only melee from behind. Think about it.
Use your revolver- using just your knife is effectively halfing your potential as spy. But don't use the enforcer. Its cheap. The ambassador requires more skill, and is as infuriating as a backstab in some cases :P

You don't need so much drive, and a stronger weapon motor, as well as bottom protection.
A smaller disc should let you get more weapons. Screw logic.

Lust gives me an idea for a HW sidehammer. You're one of those builders who gives me ideas nearly every bot :D
Looking good- lets hope they make it far, you RIP champion :D
