The HW is cool, but I think that's a little too much for a perm 132 to handle :L
For the LW I'd use NPCs with either rubbers or micros instead for more motor hp, and similar speed.

Might just bring this back again with potential candidates for what other GTM higher-ups may look like-
So you're a higher up eh? I wouldn't expect a higher up to have such a large amount of negative rep ;P

Adding to discussion: Heavies are so much more W+M1 than Pyro, just no-one rages about it because that's pretty much what Heavies were meant to do.
What I find the most annoying class is demoknights. So much 1HKO, then people have the audacity to complain about the Caber.
1 V 1 I'm pretty sure you could beat a demoknight :P I find engies the most annoying, they have the potential to completely screw over the pace of a match, making it severely dull. Which is why I play soldier or demoman mainly, for long distance sentry removal.

Randomly fell on Moltres on mount silver. Damaged him with one crit from Gengar's Shadow Ball, which put it to 5% health, then I put him to sleep after a Fire Blast which eat quite a bit into my Gengar's health.
Ultra Ball. Doesn't work. Twice. Wakes up. KOs my gengar with fire blast again. Swap pokémon, use revive, get gengar again, sleep him again with Hypnosis, then cue the catch with an hyper ball.
How do you fail with the Ultra ball? Half of the pokemon I snagged in Colosseum were snagged with Ultra balls.
Catch rate. It is entirely possible to fail with 99 Ultra Balls, and then successfully catch it using a Poke ball.
Done that. Raged. Cried. :P

A kritz'd beggars bazooka soldier is a good way to get out of spawncamping- if they have a sentry, good luck though :P

It all depends on where you put them and how you attach them- for example (forgive the terrible splash) Wider bots are generally better than skinnier bots for the type you've built, but feel free to prove me wrong :P

The whole reason behind the design of that armored bot was to give that ultra tough black wedge a perfect fit on the bot. Its wedginess is good but not great and it doesn't need much speed since it can withstand high amounts of damage. it ain't perfect but it's rather effective in general.
Adding the NPC might add some speed but that would mean stretching the chassis, which in turn means that it needs more areas to put armor on. Of course i could remove the wedge like Suede suggested. I could then put in its place hex plates to compensate like my previous armored bots. I would save weight but then it wouldn't have the same resistance as the bot with the wedge and obviously its wedginess would drop also.
Hex plates are really weak by armour standards. a titanium sheet, or steel skirts are a lot better on HP, and Heavy ploughs are almost invincible.

Slightly back on topic..
When mounted on the baseplate directly, do weapons actually deal damage?

I assume so. I wonder if you could mount a razor onto the baseplate directly, if it would still do damage or not.

i remember that npc normals are a lot faster than fasts that are damaged. 400hp isnt a lot at heavyweight level
what do you mean? if you put stuff on the baseplate their HP becomes infinite.
Personally I don't think its the HP that becomes infinite- due to motors losing effectiveness as they are damaged even on the baseplate. I think mounting components onto the baseplate gives them infinite fracture, not HP.
