this is me reading

Can I just pretend FSTDT is facebook?
oh now i have to read the words to figure out the acronym through context
"If the sun’s light could reach 'so-called' Mars as the photos from NASA depict, then our night skies would not be dark.
huh idk fam
If the Earth was truly spherical then when the earth would spin on its axis away from the sun, the earth's skies would still remain lit-up. Think of it in this matter, when you walk into a room lit-up by a lamp, upon facing the lamp you have the light directly before you, and if you turned your back against the lamp the light would be no longer before you but the surrounding spaces of that room would still be lit-up, same would apply for the space earth is in.
kind of zoned in and out what now
Now many come-back replies will be; 'there’s nothing to reflect the sun’s light between earth and Mars to light up our night skies?' But its not the reflection of anything that manages to get the sun’s light to reach us here on Earth in the first place.
im out doe
Use the room and lamp example again; there could be shiny reflective objects in the room, say a ninja sword, or an over & under shotgun above the fireplace but its not these objects reflections that are illuminating the surrounding space of the room, it’s the lamp (Sun).
ninja swords lol
...
same
Planets don't EXIST, if the sun's light could reach ten's of millions of miles passed Earth reaching Mars no-body would be getting any rest at night, there would still be light, and there would be no GOD"
~Punisher on "Godlike Productions"[/size]
tuned back in because i thought it was a quote from punisher like the movie or something with the bad ass red text saying something super hard core but it wasnt. i read a cool thing about nasa once that this made me think of, but i couldnt think of it all the way like, so i cant relate to you what it was. it was definitely cool though, and good. thanks i guess

sorry if this was not the desired effect of your post

some of us cant run discord on our computers and want to be able to post funny chit-chatty nonsense or stupid flames and enjoy the community like everyone else gets to. i still dont understand why yall have to be prudes about it  :vista:

How on earth can you not run Discord? xD
im using decade old, badly maintained laptop i've borrowed from my little sister. i'm lucky i can even run robot arena 2, and barely. discord grinds my computer to a screeching halt after about ten minutes of having it open.

but hey, why don't we just migrate the whole forum to the stupid thing? i mean, what difference does it make... right?

Site News and Feedback / preview images for things in the downloads section
« on: February 28, 2017, 02:31:57 AM »
want to download some stuff to add to my game but i dont want to end up with a million things im never going to use. another thing that would be great would just be a page that shows all of the images and textures straight up as images that i can just drag and drop whatever logos and textures i would actually want to use without having to download the entire pack and then scroll through and remove everything ill never use so my bot lab paint section isn't an un-navigable mess. they're just images, why do i need a bunch of giant zip files full of sh** when we could just put the damned images displayed out on a page so we can pick and choose what's good for us? it's counter-intuitive for something as easily displayed as image files.

right?

thanks

thank you hon

on a side note it would be a good idea to keep a download of classic mspaint in our downloads section since newer windows doesn't come with it and it is one of the easiest programs to accurately skin a bot with
