its theoretically the same amount of time as BBEANS only you get BBEANS in one hit at the end of the week rather then all through... I would like to get them up earlier but I have loads of work so im lucky to get one per day up...im not on holidays like most of you are.... I still have to complete work around this :-(

@ RedlineM203: it will be worth the wait I promise ;-)

I think I should combined the ideas... have a robot with no leftright command to that will only rush forwards... if that fails then you could always have no forward or leftright and wire the bot to charge on a button spin and use omni either way

like what S32 said have the bots move the weapons out to fight via snapper.. getting them to fire using mad's big smartzones

and have something like the beetle brothers clown bomb (minus the damage) big and with only 1 HP so easily be broken off

before I make the tournament I think I will test some designs and then give them out so people can get the idea of how to build one

I have a problem with my entrys

my HW is hated by many people......o... and it may clash with your rules lol

Link

and my MW was a powerful flipper but then I found out that the MW's aren't fighting in the RAW arena so im stuck for that too, But  I will have to wait for the verdict of my HW before building anything else

also your not enabling hazards in the small arena right ? if so im entering the flattest bot possible and win every match :-D

I think you missed my post Russian Roulette... also NP I can still do the AIing for you :-D

Note if you are a rookie or just flat out SUCK then you need permission from me. Ask by Email or PM

given your building abilities this claim wasn't ever going to go down to well in my opinion

Quote from: life robot arena2;54088
Bot0MUST be a LW Bot2 MUST be a MW and Bot3 MUST be a HW and Bot4'5 and 6 can be a AW'BW'FW or SHW.

few matters to address the bot files go Bot0 (lw) Bot1 (mw) Bot2 (hw) then Bot3 Bot4 and Bot5 for other bots.

YOU MUST AI YOURSELF!(or get help.)

this is another problem you need to be able to AI yourself to work out any problems and increase the number of submissions, if everyone does it themselves how an it really be your AI pack ??? also do you know how to put teams into the game, along with bindings, teams names, etc ?

Quote from: life robot arena2;54098
Micro to win has Doomkillers bindings and COID has joeblo's.

and I thought you said my bindings were all wrong ??? (several times) after your last insults im not terribly fond of giving you more favors

from personal experience AI packs take a lot of work....I personally think sticking to your components skins would be a much more manageable task for your current knowledge of modding..

NP phil... simple stuff ? lol yours miles ahead of me in arena modding .. it amazes me how quickly you pick up this kind of stuff. I think I will play around a bit more with Ducks tutorial but might call on Mad to help me reduce the walls on the battlebox 2.0

in answer to...

I seem to be making a few new topics in the Auto section... lets just say its right up my alley :-D

Drag Racing is my most favorite sport to watch no matter how much people criticize it I cant get enough of it... as a hobby I take photos at the Western Australia Drag Strip, I post them up on my website http://www.fastmotionphotos.com... so I figured it would be cool to start a topic for discussion :-D

it would work like how knights did it angle weaponry to the right hand side of the robot and just ram into each other.. who ever has the most points after the first hit wins.. just AI the bots with no LeftRight commands

Wel  Joe, first of all read Duck RA2 tutorial to get into Arena Modding. Sure i know a little about computer sciences, but it takes me less than a month (in delay)

I have read the tutorial but haven't completely fully done everything in it... I knew I could likely do it using the tutorial but my main concern was that the top of the walls are angled inwards which I would rather do away with at a smaller height
