It means that the weapon moves on torque created by the robot's change of movement.

I think so too. But TBH I miss standard Clickbeetle style bots. Like mostly built on the chassis, simple yet destructive. Most of this stuff I can't even tell whats going on. o.O No offense at all, Your an amazing bot builder, it's just my opinion.
