A Spy will survive any attack with the Dead Ringer, sans environmental attacks or hazards. In your case, he will walk away with 60% less (which means the damage is HP-dependent).

I hate Pyros, just because 90% are W+M1. Heavys are the same. Spys are HURRR DURR DEDRINGRRRRR LOLBACKSTAB. Medic -> Shoot them first. Sniper is a wuss. Soldier is somewhat of a W+M1, though he actually requires a bit of jumping. Pyro is herp-derp-fire-everything. Engi builds stuff for Spys to wreck. Scout is just annoying. Demoman does swords n' junk.

The old Coal Miner and Raptor are crap. Surprised it was able to take on Snow Job and DEADBEAT, though.
Anyway, just swap the inner irons (extender-wise, not motor-wise) to maces and it's all good.

Yours spins far too slowly to give a flail any drastic effect when it breaks off, unless it gets hit hard by something else.
Have you even tested your bot extensively?

eh? FSSes doesn't always havok when one of their flails gets ripped off.(plus, it'll be really cool when the flames from the flamethrower flail in the wind)

I can think of quite a few bots in NAR AI that seem like they could destroy it.
Aside from bots that have better wedges, I there's any other bot that could take it down easily. Even Root Beer should have a hard time with the wedge.

FS would probably be better if snappers are on the baseplate. You do have 11kg for a larger chassis.

RPB doesn't use Snapper IIs. :P
Bounciness mostly depends on how the motors' orientation with respect to the snapper.

Oh, I just used Ouncey's SnS chassis for that. The batt and CB placement was perfect for my purpose so yeah, it was whipped up in about 5 minutes. :P

RIP3 failed prototype  3mm plastic, mag drive, 3 ants and stuff. This pretty much turned into Infection 4 (that's right it started out as a VS hahahahaha) although I changed a couple of things for this version. Despite the stabilizer in the rear (not seen here, it's a 30-60 segment), it's still pretty bouncy and ruined the wedge (the reason I4 was a popup, actually). You should expect something way different for what I entered. oh and hai nary  1mm steel and stuff, 249kg. Still a crappy weapon setup, but at least it's more gut-ripper resistant :P Yeah.

Actually, Backburner has a higher skill ceiling than the regular flamer (I've been matched at least once against a BB user who doesn't waste his airblasts, it's more terrifying than an airshotting Solly). It's just that most of those users use W+M1. But yeah, a good Sniper is still better off with any other rifle than the Sleeper.

How should a tiny little knife do more damage than an Axe or a Kukri?
Why should a pair of brass knuckles do less damage than a fish or a lollipop? Why does a makeshift rocket launcher deal more damage than a futuristic one? Why does a glass bottle and a nail on a stick deal the same damage as a huge-ass sword? This isn't a simulator, you know. And if sapping is the only thing Spy can do, then no one would pick him ever. Spy is always about high risk high reward. He can't do crap if he doesn't try to do anything dangerous.

A Sniper just needs a clear LoS to make a shot. A Spy needs to wade in undetected and risk his own life to get a kill. If anything, Spies deserve their backstab kills. And even with enough skill, you just can't avoid a headshot from a good Sniper. Only a lack of skill allows you to get backstabbed.
And on Orange, of all maps, all you need to be happy is to put your tryhard pants on and just make that damn camping Sniper ragequit.
Actually, scrap that. Orange is a terribad map and people should stop playing in it.
