GENERAL RULES-DSL 2.4 IRL CW

Building Rules-I retain the right to reject any bot for any reason
-Robots that use servos or motorized hammers must be AI'd beforehand.
-One bot per person unless the 16 person limit cannot be reached where it will be opened up to two
-The DSL 2.4 weight changes will be in effect so make sure to update your bot if it was made in 2.2
-Multibots and walkers/shufflers are banned
-This tournament will also be using the 2020 irl standardized ruleset
Spinner Weapon limits:
- 4 large teeth (15-24kgs) ex: large typhoon, ripping teeth, large nightmare, etc)
- 6 small teeth (7-14kgs) ex: small typhoons, cutting teeth, heavy DS teeth, etc
- 10 small beaters, 8 Medium/large
- 1 full size rep disk (mechavore/minion), 2 max for others
- Maximum allowed weapon weightof 100kgs for non-cosmetic damaging weapons allowed on a bot (including dsl bars). This does NOT include your weapon setup (disks, extenders, etc)
- 3750 max dp allowed
- Use basic common sense if mixing weapons (ex: 4 small typhoons and 2 larges is not allowed)

- Max of 1 large axe head per bot (Battle Axe, Gothic Axe, any sledge/Frenzy Hammer )

- Bots with more than one burst/OK motor can have a max of 500DP per arm

-Judges Decision will be based on Damage Aggression and Control
-If a robot has all of its wheels removed then it will be considered knocked out
-A manual countdown will be initiated if a bot cannot show controlled movement for more than 20 seconds

BRACKET RULES-Each tournament will start out in either a 16 or 8 man Compass Draw Bracket
-Each bot will have a Win Loss record recorded on a google sheet
-At the end of the Compass Draw Bracket, the bots with the best records will move on and face off in a double elimination finals bracket.

Bots start in the center and work their way outwards with wins keeping them inside the bracket they are already in and losses moving them to a smaller losers bracket. This ensures that everyone has the same number of fights.

This tournament is currently in a very early state to gauge interest and give people time to build, so
signups are not open yet. The thread will be changed and a notification will be sent out on here and on discord when they do open.
Also lmk what im missing because I'm certain that there will be something, especially in the standard meta rulesets
