Want to quit smoking

I have been a ten a day smoker for over six years, and it's really starting to eat into my pocket. While I take my leave from the RA2 Discord, I wanted to just ask this question.
Anyone have any suggestions for quitting smoking? Should I consider vapes?

I would go on jogs. They helped a family member of mine.

Trade one vice for another. Every time you get the urge to light up just run to the bathroom and crank one out instead.
