You already used up your 2 hands with flame and razors, so you don't get cane. You need to pick 2 of the 3, or have 3 hands.

Alternatively you can have a cane of razors instead, so you can whack n00bs with MOAR RAZORS.

It could be like a Saiyan powerup, except more awesome, with flames and stays for longer

Anyways, I'll get to coloring that this evening and have it up by tomorrow at the latest.

Yes even regular cops got traffic ticket quotas to meet, though I don't think they got the machine like meter maids yet.
