Title: EXIBEL GMX 4 mouse issues.
Post by: Avalanche on July 25, 2014, 09:12:00 AM: My mouse is mapping up as right in away that means one slight nudge and i rockets off. This happens with all directions.

Post by: KOS on July 25, 2014, 09:38:58 AM: You've probably turned the DPI up on your mouse too high. You may have 3 extra buttons that alter DPI, try pressing each one until it goes slower. (if it's like my mouse it has a "-" symbol on it)

Post by: Chaosmancer on July 25, 2014, 10:46:31 AM: It's probably mouse sensitivity (AKA: DPI). Assuming the image I found is right, the mouse has two buttons to alter mouse sensitivity just below the scroll wheel. If you keep pressing the one at the very bottom that has a - symbol on it, the sensitivity should go down. If you press too many times and it goes too slowly, hit the button closest to the scroll wheel (with the + on it), keep doing this until it is the right speed for you.

Check your mouse settings and set them to default just in case anything has changed there. I know there is a feature that allows the mouse to be inverted but this is the first I've heard of up going right, right going up, etc.

Post by: KOS on July 25, 2014, 11:55:03 AM: Unplug the mouse and put it in a different "slot", and to update the drivers: control panel--->hardware and sound--->devices and printers--->"your mouse name"--->hardware--->properties--->driver--->update driver
