3ds Max 4/5 License Error

As the subject says, I'm getting a license error when trying to start up 3ds Max 5. During installation, this pops up:

And when I try to start up 3ds Max 5, this pops up:

I don't have 3ds max but you can search google for the error codes.

Nevermind. I couldn't find a solution to this problem. I will see if 3ds Max 8/3D Studio Max 8 works better with the "Creating Components" tutorial at the RA2 Wiki.

Sergey can you help me ? I have all the license codes for my 3DSM but it keeps rejecting the last one (others accept fine) so I cant get into my copy of it anymore.

Now I get these errors. But I finally got my old copy of Windows XP (untouched, no Service Packs) installed in VirtualBox. But still I get these errors.
