Robot Wars RA2 - OFFICIAL MOD

This is very likely the game that I have been waiting for since I was 10.

Pretty much the same for me. I can't exactly remember how old I was when I first saw robot wars but, since I first saw it, I have always wanted a good robot combat game that could capture the true feel of Robot Wars and the games officially released never really portrayed what it was really like and having poor physics. I'm not saying RA2 has fantastic physics, but at least flippers work correctly and crushers are okay. Since then, I have loved RA2 because it was all I wanted in a Robot Wars game and now that there is going to be a huge Robot Wars mod pack for it, I am really excited :)

They're both in Wham's mod. Download that and edit them into the mod yourself.

^ this. All I was saying is we've been working hard and it sucks for people to write it off so soon.

I WOULD just like to thank everyone who has been working on this mod for all this time,  it's an amazing gesture for everyone in the community and I'm sure you've all been trying really hard to get all the likenesses just right.  Now i know I'm not exactly in my place to say this,  only posting for a couple months,  but i thinks its awesome that you guys would do this and I'm sure everyone really appreciates all the hard work and hours you and many others have put into this mod for our enjoyment.  All I'm really trying to say is,  thanks.

I only registered for about a month, but I've been lurking for many years, and I saw the project from the begining, and the increase in quality as the project moved on. Some of these replicas are so acurate, they looked like photos of the real things!
Since this has realistic robots, I will definately try making a replica of my feather that I'm working on currently.

If your feather is done before we release the expansion, get in touch. There's always the possibility we'll have a slot somewhere :)
