Title: Naryar's DSL2.1 Balance Pack: Released, Alpha 0.1
Post by: Naryar on November 08, 2014, 06:22:25 PM
So, here's what I promised.

https://gametechmods.com/uploads/files/8641RA2 Balance Pack Alpha 01.rar (https://gametechmods.com/uploads/files/8641RA2 Balance Pack Alpha 01.rar)

There are the weapons only, the rest will come later. Note: cheatbot2 weapons are NOT included, I am starting with the legal components first.

VERY IMPORTANT: First remove your Components.cfz in the main folder if you still have one, then overwrite your Components folder with what is inside the .rar. (Do not DELETE your components folder)

All normal weapons have been included. Plus the fixed Firestorm flipper and Tornado wedge.

Next will be the armor and extenders, enjoy !

Cheers, Naryar. Much respect for this pack, I'd like to see how it affects stuff like IRL competitions and whatnot.

It needs to be tested for that.

Awesome, thanks Naryar.
I'm doing some work on making a Mortis AI at the moment (aka I fail horribly and Trov tells me my mistakes :P) but once I've done that I'll be back to doing some more fixed components. Killalot claw is first on the list.

Do any of you think you could help me make AI teams and opponents? :ermm: It'd be easier for my to battle my own bots via AI than just me playing with both hands on the keyboard, controlling a different robot.

Thanks nary, I respect this balance pack alot.  ;)

Big note, don't forget to balance the overpowered M.O.E motors.
