Well, here's my 11th birthday present to RA2. The raw version of the game I've used for all my tournaments. Nothing fancy, but enjoy.

That woo was slightly premature.
I don't know if it's the file host you're using, but I'm having the same issue as Wham's AI beta, in that it is one of the slowest downloads I've ever come across.

Also I just got this warning when I unzipped it all.
Something about a corrupt file.

Assumimg you're using Chrome, go into settings, then advanced settings, then uncheck phishing and malware protection .

Use the 'print screen' (prt sc) key, then paste it into ms paint and crop it. Save it then upload it to the image host.
