Slight UI mods,
Made a little change and took the cursor from RWED and made it into the cursor for RA2:

Remove any background white to make it transparent, save as a tga, rename & replace with your cursor and it's ready to go

Have any custom cursors you would like to share? Post them here (please!!)

Or, you can download them from here and rename & replace them straight away if you want to:
